ՀՀ ՊՆ-ում կայացել է հանդիպում իրային ապահովման ոլորտի կազմակերպությունների հետ

 Մրցակցային միջավայրի ձևավորման, մրցույթների թափանցիկության ապահովման նպատակով անցկացվող հավաքների շրջանակում մարտի 2-ին պաշտպանության նախարարությունում կայացել է հերթական հանդիպումը, այս անգամ՝ իրային ապահովման ոլորտում ապրանքներ ու ծառայություններ առաջարկող կազմակերպությունների հետ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչո ւթյունից,

հանդիպումը նվիրված էր ՊՆ կարիքների համար հայտարարվող մրցույթներին մասնակցելու հիմնական պահանջների ու պայմանների, խնդրահարույց հարցերի և իրավական ընթացակարգերի քննարկմանը։

«Այս հանդիպումների գլխավոր նպատակնայն է, որ թե՛ հանրությունը և թե՛հայտարարվող մրցույթներին մասնակցող ընկերությունները համոզված լինեն. Զինված ուժերում չկա որևէապրանքատեսակ կամ ծառայություն, որի մատակարարումն իրականացվում է հովանավորչության միջոցով: Մենքբացառում ենք նման երևույթները: Դաշտն ազատ է մրցունակ գին և որակյալ ապրանք կամ ծառայությունառաջարկող ընկերությունների համար»,- վստահեցրել է ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտիպետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:  

Դիմելով հանդիպմանը ներկա կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է, որ ՊՆ-ում գործում է թեժ գիծ՝ ի հայտ եկած խնդիրներն արագ լուծելու համար:

«Բոլոր գործարարներին հորդորում ենք՝ եթե կլինեն բուն մրցութային գործընթացին առնչվող անհասկանալիհարցեր, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների ընդունման-հանձնման, ապրանքների տեխնիկական բնութագրերի կամվճարումների հետ կապված որոշակի խնդիրներ, պարտադիր զանգահարել թեժ գիծ կամ գրություն ուղարկել ՊՆ»,- ընդգծել է նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետը:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են նաև առաջիկայում կայանալիք մրցույթներում ընդգրկված ապրանքների ու անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը, դրանց ճիշտ լրացման կարգը: Կարեն Կարապետյանը փաստել է, որ նմանօրինակ հանդիպումները դրական արդյունք են տալիս: Այդ մասին է վկայում մրցույթներին մասնակցել ցանկացողներ ընկերությունների քանակը, որը հաստատուն տեմպերով աճում է. «Մարդիկ աստիճանաբար համոզվում են, որ սրանք լոկ խոսքեր չեն, կատարվում են ամենօրյա հետևողական աշխատանք և խիստ վերահսկողություն, որպեսզի իրականում ունենանքմրցունակ գին ու որակյալ ապրանք»: 

Հավաք-հանդիպումը եզրափակվել է իրային ապահովման ոլորտի հնարավոր մատակարարների բարձրաձայնած հարցերի քննարկմամբ։
