Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում անցկացվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մաքսային կարգավորման խորհրդակցական կոմիտեի մաքսային արժեքի հարցերով փորձագիտական խմբի նիստը` ԵՏՀ և միության անդամ բոլոր պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Քննարկվել են մաքսային արժեքի հայտարարագրի ներկայացման և դրա լրացման կարգի պարզեցմանն ուղղված հարցեր: Փորձագետներն անդրադարձել են նաև մաքսային արժեքի հսկողության առանձնահատկություններին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

ՊԵԿ միջազգային համագործակցության վարչության պետ Հրանտ Գրիգորյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ բոլոր երկրների ներկայացուցիչները համակարծիք են, որ անհրաժեշտ է հստակեցնել մաքսային արժեքի հայտարարագրի ներկայացման դեպքերը և հնարավորին չափ պարզեցնել դրանց լրացման ընթացակարգը տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների համար: Ներկայում արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնողը պարտավոր է ապրանքների հայտարարագրի հետ միասին մաքսային մարմին ներկայացնել մաքսային արժեքի հայտարարագիր: Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ Ելենա Բրիչովայի խոսքով՝ ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային օրենսգրքով Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կողմից նոր որոշումներ ընդունելու անհրաժշետություն է առաջացել, այդ թվում մաքսային արժեքի հսկողության հետ կապված:
