ՀՅԴ-ն չի ընդունում ԼՂ հարցում խաղաղության հասնելու ՀԱԿ-ի մոտեցումները

ՀՅԴ-ն դեմ է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման և խաղաղության հասնելու այն տարբերակին, որն առաջ է քաշում ՀԱԿ-ը: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանը: «Մենք նման մոտեցմանը դեմ ենք, որովհետև ՀԱԿ-ը նման կարգախոսը հր ապարակ բերելուց առաջ պետք է ասի, Հայաստանը մինչև հիմա այդ ի՞նչ չի արել հաշտեցման համար: Ես վստահ եմ, որ այդպիսի խնդիր Հայաստանը չունի, որովհետև մեզանից չի ծագել պատերազմը, մեզանից չեն բխում խախտումները, որոնք ամեն օր լսում ենք ` հրադադարի ռեժիմի, ագրեսիվ պահվածքի ու ռազմական գործողությունների հետ կապված»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ մանրամասնեց Ռուստամյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Ադրբեջանի պահվածքի դեպքում մի տարբերակ է տեսնում` բավարարել այդ երկրի ցանկությունները, որովհետև ուրիշ ձևով հասնել խաղաղության, անհնար է: «Խաղաղությունը միակողմանի ցանկանալով չի լինում, դա պետք է լինի բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, որը հիմա փակուղու մեջ է Ադրբեջանի պատճառով»,- ասաց Արմեն Ռուստամյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը իր պահվածքի պատճառով անբանակցելի կողմ է դարձել, ծիծաղելի է նրա զիջումը` կարգավիճակի հետ կապված, երբ առաջարկում է ինքնավարության բարձր աստիճան Արցախի համար: «Այն, ինչ առաջարկում է Ալիևը, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է: Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի զիջում պատրաստ չի անել: Եթե խաղաղության հեշտ ձև ենք ուզում, դա հանձնվելն է, դե եկեք հանձնվենք, տանք Ադրբեջանի ուզածը, որ բավարարենք նրա քմահաճույքները»,-հեգնանքով նշեց Արմեն Ռուստամյանը` հավելելով, որ ժամանակին «տարածքներ` խաղաղության դիմաց» դիրքորոշման պատճառով է, որ ՀԱԿ ա ռաջնորդ Լևոն-Տեր Պետրոսյանը հրաժարական տվեց, քանի որ այդ մոտեցումը մերժեցին ոչ միայն հայ ժողովուրդը, այլ հենց Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի շրջապատի մարդիկ:

Արմեն Ռուստամյանի համոզմամբ՝ լուծում կարող է լինել բանակցությունների միջոցով, եթե Ադրբեջանն ընդունի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը և դրա իրացումը: Պատգամավորի կարծիքով` ՀԱԿ-ի թեզն ավելի շատ դրսի բարեհաճությունը ստանալու խնդիր է լուծում:
