 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության կողմից իրականացվող ուսումնասիրությունների ընթացքում ՀՀ սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայությունից տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ 2013-2017թթ. ընթացքում մահացած բազմաթիվ անձանց համար սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության կողմից տրամադրվող՝ թաղման համար որպես նպաստ 200.00 0 դրամը ստացել են միևնույն անձինք: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից` հավելելով. «Մեկ դեպքում նույն անձը ստացել է 303 մահացածներին հատկացված՝ 60.600.000, մեկ այլ դեպքում 264 անձանց՝ 52.800.000, մյուս դեպքերում 119 անձանց՝ 23.800.000 և 72 անձանց 14.400.000 դրամ գումարները և այլն:

Ուսումնասիրությունների շրջանակներում հանձնարարականներ են ուղարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչություն և ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նպաստներ ստացած հիշյալ անձիք տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում հանդիսացել են միևնույն ՍՊ ընկերության աշխատակիցներ կամ առնչություն են ունեցել նշված ընկերության հետ և ընկերության տնօրենի կազմակերպմամբ ստացված գումարների դիմաց ընկերությունը մատուցել է հուղարկ ավորման ծառայություններ: Պարզվել է, որ նշված ՍՊ ընկերություն 2014թ.-ին ստացվել է շուրջ 29.000.000 դրամ, 2015թ.-ին շուրջ 51.400.000 դրամ, 2016թ.-ին շուրջ 51.000.000 դրամ գումար: Մինչդեռ ընկերության կողմից հարկային մարմիններին հաշվետվություններ է ներկայացվել՝ 2014թ.-ին ընդամենը 8.242.500 դրամի, 2015թ.-ին՝ 6.285.000 դրամի, իսկ 2016թ.-ին՝ 3.007.000 դրամի շրջանառություն մասին: Արդյունքում, ընկերության տարեկան եկամուտները պակաս է հաշվարկվել և հարկային մարմիններ ներկայացվել 2014թ.-ին 20.777.500 դրամ, 2015թ.-ին 45.115.000 դրամ, 2016թ.-ին 49.625.000 դրամ, որի շրջանառության հարկի գումարները և պետությանը պատճա ռված վնասը՝ առանց տուժանքների կազմում է ընդհանուր 5.775.857 դրամ:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ արձանագրված խախտումներն առերևույթ պարունակում են հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեին»:
