ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի գեղեցկության մասին խոսում է նաեւ միջազգային մամուլը՝ նրան անվանելով «աշխարհի ամենագեղեցիկ նախարար»։

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը 2003-2006թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների վարչության քրեակատարողական ծառայության բարեփոխումների բաժնի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ, 2006-2007թթ.` առաջատար մասնագետ: 2007թ. ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի քաղաքացիական իրավունքի ամբիոնի դասախոս է: 2007-2008թթ. եղել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության վարչության պետի տեղակալ: 19.05.2008-30.09.2008թթ.` ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի օգնական: 2008-2011թթ.` ԱԺ նախագահի խորհրդական:

2012թ. մայիսի 6-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր է ընտրվել համամասնական ընտրակարգով Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունից:
2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է ՀՀ Արդարադատության Նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ամուսնացած չէ:

Մարիա Ռոզարիա Կարֆանյան իտալացի քաղաքական գործիչ է, նախկինում եղել է ֆոտոմոդել եւ հեռուստահաղորդավար։ Իր քաղաքական ուղին սկսել է 2004 թվականին՝ տեղ զբաղեցնելով  Forza Italia կուսակցությունում եւ պայքարելով կանանց իրավունքների համար։

Նրա նախաձեռնությամբ 2008 թ. ընդունվեց օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, համաձայն որի, մարմնավաճառությունը հանցագործություն է համարվում եւ երկու կողմերի համար տուգանք է սահմանվում։ Ժողովուրդը նրան անվանում է Mara La Bella (հիասքանչ Մառա)։

Նա մանկուց տարվել է շախմատով եւ փորձում է այն պրոպագանդել սեփական օրինակով։ Այժմ նա շարունակում է մնալ Շախմատային միության անդամ եւ հնարավորության դեպքում մասնակցում է մրցումների։

Այս գեղեցկուհին Լիբանանում քաղաքական գործիչ է։ Քաղաքականությամբ սկսել է զբաղվել 1994 թվականից, երբ ամուսինը բանտում էր։ Նա պայքարում էր ամուսնու եւ մյուսների՝ քաղաքական ձերբակալությունների եւ հետապնդումների դեմ։ Պայքարը տեւեց 11 տարի, իսկ 2005-ին իր ամուսինն ազատության մեջ էր։ Նա եւ ամուսինը «Լիբանանյան ուժեր» կուսակցությունից են։

Հորդանանի թագուհին՝ Աբդալլա երկրորդի կինը. 1995թ. նա հիմնել է հորդանանյան ֆոնդը, որն օգնում է կանանց մասնակցություն ունենալ երկրի տնտեսական կյանքին եւ ստեծղել ընկերություններ։

Թագուհին հանդես է գալիս կանանց պաշտպանության ելույթներով, ստեղծել է դաժան վերաբերմունքի արժանացած կանանց առաջին կենտրոնը եւ նպաստում է պետական օրգանների եւ տեղական ընկերությունների համագործակցության բարելավմանը, որոնք զբաղվում են ընտանիքի պաշտպանությամբ։
