Լևոն Ալթունյանը Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի ռեկտորի հետ քննարկել է առողջապահական մենեջերներ պատրաստելու հարցը

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Ժան-Մարկ Լավեստի հետ քննարկել է առողջապահության ոլորտի կառավարման գործի մասնագետներ պատրաստելու հարցը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, ռեկտորը նշել է, որ համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը,  մասնավորապես` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատունը, պատրաստակամ է նման ծրագիր իրականացնելու։

Նախարար Ալթունյանը ներկայացրել է ոլորտի կառավարման  մասնագետների առջև դրվող ժամանակակից պահանջները։ Նա կարևորել է, որ ղեկավարը բժշկական հիմնարկության բյուջեի ձևավորման,  ֆինանսական հոսքերը և ռիսկերը կառավարելու, ամենօրյա հաշվետվություններ կազմելու, բիզնես պլաններ մշակելու, առողջապահական ծառայությունները գնահատելու և այլ հմտություններ ունենա։

«Այսօր Հայաստանում կա կարծրատիպ, որ հիվանդանոցի ղեկավարը պետք է բժիշկ լինի, և լավ մասնագետները ձգտում են տնօրեն դառնալ: Մինչդեռ իրականում նրանց պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի կարիքն ավելի շատ հիվանդներն ունեն»,-ասել է նախարարը` բարձր գնահատելով Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի և անձամբ ռեկտորի աջակցությունը առողջապահության ոլորտի մենեջերներ պատրաստելու գործում։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են այդ մասնագետների պատրաստման ուսումնական գործընթացներին, շուկայում նրանց պահանջարկին վերաբերող և մի շարք այլ հարցեր։

Լևոն Ալթունյանը նշել է, որ ծրագրի գործնական փուլում բազային հաստատություններ կարող են դառնալ նախարարության ենթակայության հիվանդանոցները` այն գնահատելով որպես անցումային շրջանի անցավ բաղադրատոմս։ 

Պրոֆեսոր Լավեստը տեղեկացրել է, որ լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրություններ կկատարվեն և արդյունքների մասին կզեկուցի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանությանը։  

Վկայակոչելով Փարիզի Գյուստավ Ռուսսի ուռուցքաբանական ինստիտուտի ճանաչված բրենդը Հայաստան բերելու ուղղությամբ վերջերս ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը` նախարար Ալթունյանը նշել է. «Ֆրանսիայի հետ բժշկության ոլորտում սկսվող համագործակցությանը կարող ենք ավելացնել կրթական ոլորտի այս ծրագիրը»։
