Նպատակը. հեռացնել աչքերի տակի սեւ օղակներն ու այտուցվածությունը:

Շարժում. ցուցամատը դրեք կոպից ներքեւ՝ այտոսկրին եւ թեթեւի ներքեւ քաշեք՝ միաժամանակ փորձելով ուժով պտտել աչքերը:

Նպատակ. հարթեցնել հոնքերի միջեւ «հպարտների կնճիռը»:

Շարժում. ցուցամատն ու միջնամատը դրեք հոնքերի կենտրոնում եւ թեթեւակի քաշեք դեպի կոպերը: Փակեք աչքերը: Կրկնեք հինգ վայրկյանի ընթացքում հինգ անգամ: Վարժության ընթացքում, աչքերը հանգստացնելու համար, մատների ծայրերով դիպչեք վերին կոպին:

ԴԵՄՔԻ ՕՎԱԼ

Նպատակը. հեռացնել երկրորդ կզակը:

Շարժում. արտաբերեք «քս» հնչյունը հնարավորինս երկար՝ առավելագույնը ձգելով շուրթերը, քանի դեռ չեք զգացել, որ ձգվել են բոլոր մկաններն ու վիզը: Այդ վիճակը ֆիքսեք հինգ վայրկյան: Կրկնեք հինգ անգամ: Ամեն անգամից հետո թուլացրեք բերանը՝ ցածր արտաբերելով «о» հնչյունը:

Նպատակը. վերականգնել դեմքի կոնտուրը:

Շարժում. բութ մատերը դրեք կզակի տակ, հետո փորձեք բացել բերանը, իջեցրեք ներքեւի ծնոտը՝ միաժամանակ դիմադրություն ցույց տալով բութ մատերով: Կրկնեք հինգ անգամ:

Նպատակը. բարձրացնել այտոսկրերը:

Շարժում. ձեռքի ափերը երկու կողմից դրեք դեմքի վրա, արտաբերեք «ի»՝ սեղմելով ատամներն ու առավելագույնս ձգելով բերանը: Միաժամանակ, ձեռքերով մաշկը ձգեք դեպի ականջները: Կրկնեք վարժությունը հինգ անգամ:

ԲԵՐԱՆ

Նպատակը. շրթունքներն ավելի ուռուցիկ դարձնել:

Շարժում. բերանը փակեք եւ բռնեք շրթունքները ցուցամատով ու բութ մատով: Թեթեւ կսմթեք շրթունքի մեջտեղից մինչեւ ծայրերը: Կրկնեք երկու րոպեի ընթացքում:

Նպատակը. հարթեցնել քթաշրթունքային ծալքերը:

Շարժում. բութ մատով եւ ցուցամատով թեթեւ կսմթեք քթաշրթունքային ծալքերի գիծը: սկսեք ներքից բարձարանալով դեպի վեր: Կրկնեք երկու րոպե:

Նպատակը. թարմացնել այտոսկորերի հատվածը:

Շարշում. բութ մատի ծայրերով թեթեւակի սեղմումներ արեք՝ շարժվելով շրթունքի անկյուններից մինչեւ այտոսկերերի վերին մասը: Կրկնեք մնի քանի անգամ: Փակեք աչքերը, խորը շունչ քաշեք եւ փորձեք հանգստանալ:
