 Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը մարտի 3-ին փոխընբռնման հուշագիր է ստորագրել Ամերիկյան Կարմիր խաչի Լոս Անջելեսի գրասենյակի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսի տեղակալ Վալերի Մկրտումյանը և Կարմիր Խաչի Լոս Անջելեսի տարածաշրջանի ղեկավար Ջարեդ Բերիոսը: Այն ենթադրում է արտակարգ իրավիճակներում ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության և Կարմիր խաչի տեղական գրասենյակի միջև փոխգործակցություն՝ համայնքի խնդիրներին արձագանքելու մեխանիզմների շրջանակներում:

Կողմերը նշել են, որ փաստաթուղթը առաջին քայլն է նմանատիպ գործակցություն ծավալելու համար և հույս հայտնել, որ այն բարենպաստ հիմք կհանդիսանա համայնքի հետ որոշ ոլորտներում հետագա համագործակցություն ծավալման համար:
