 Հայկական կողմը դիվանագիտական լուրջ աշխատանքներ է տանում ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունները զսպելու ուղղությամբ: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` մարտի 6-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

«Հայկական կողմից գործի են դրվում բոլոր հնարավոր գործիքները այս հարցը եվրոպական և միջազգային ասպարեզներում ներկայացնելու համար: Դրա վառ ապացույցը Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի այցն էր Բրյուսել, որտեղ նա բավականին կոշտ դիրքորոշում ցուցաբերեց Արցախի հիմնախնդրի վերաբերյալ: Եվ, իհարկե, արտգործնախարար Նալբանդյանի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ հնարավոր է մինչև տարեվերջ սկսվի Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացը: Կարծում եմ, որ այս հայտարարությունները օգտագործվում են որպես Ադրբեջանի դեմ զսպող մեխանիզմ»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Ըստ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանի` պակաս կարևոր չէ նաև հայկական կողմի մարտական զգոնությունը, որն էլ Ադրբեջանին ստիպեց ընդունել իր վերջին կորուստները։ «Եթե Ադրբեջանը փորձի հաջողությունների հասնել ռազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում, ապա հայկական կողմերին այլ բան չի մնա, քան հակառակորդին դիմագրավել թե ռազմական, թե դիվանագիտական գործողություններով»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Նրա խոսքով` այդուհանդերձ պետք չէ թերագնահատել Ադրբեջանից եկող սպառնալիքները:
«Պատերազմին պետք է պատրաստվել՝ թեկուզ միայն նրա համար, որ պատերազմ թույլ չտաս։ Միաժամանակ, Բաքուն պետք է հասկանա, որ Երևանում և Ստեփանակերտում չեն պատրաստվում անընդհատ զոհեր հանդուրժել»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը։
ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը փետրվարի 26-28-ը աշխատանքային այցով Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրյուսելում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ԵՄ կառույցների ղեկավարների, այդ թվում՝ Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկի, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագ ահ Ժան-Կլոդ Յունկերի, Եվրոպական միության արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով բարձր ներկայացուցիչ, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի եւ այլոց հետ, քննարկել ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաեւ արցախյան հիմնահարցին առնչվող հարցեր:

Իսկ մարտի 1-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ չի բացառում, որ մինչև տարվա վերջ կլինի մեկ երկիր, որը կճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը: «Բացառված չէ, բայց մեկ երկրի ճանաչմամբ չէ միջազգային ճանաչումը: Սակայն, ամեն ինչն իր սկիզբն ունի։ Դրան են ուղղված բանակցությունները, դրան է ուղղված եռանախագահների հետ բանակցային գործընթացը՝ ուղղված բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորմանը, Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ոչ միա յն ճանաչմանը, այլև իրագործմանը։ Այդ դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի ակնկալել Արցախի ճանաչումը»,- ասել է Նալբանդյանը:
