Արթուր Կարապետյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է. Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգի հրապարակումից հետո «Հրաշալի եռյակի»ճառասացների հայտարարություններն այն մասին, թե «այդ փաստաթուղթը չեն կարդացել ու չեն էլ կարդալու, հիշեցնում է անեկդոտիկ, բայց իրական պատմություն միջակ ունակությունների տեր մի գրողի մասին, ով «իսկ դու Բալզակ կամ Շեքսպիր կարդացե՞լ ես» հարցին հատասխանում է՝ «այ ընկեր, հասկացիր, ես գրող եմ, ոչ թե ընթերցող»:   Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգը, բնականաբար, համաշխարհային գրականության գլուխգործոց չէ, և ոչ էլ «եռյակի» ճառասացներն են հայտնի կամ անհայտ գրողներ: Բայց որևէ փաստաթղթի մասին կարծիք ունենալու համար նախ և առաջ այն հարկավոր է ընթերցել, իսկ եթե քաղաքական գործչի, ժողովրդական զանգվածներին առաջնորդողի կերպարի մեջ ես մտել, պետք է ոչ միայն ընթերցես, այլև ուսումնասիրես, վերլուծես: ժողովուրդը հոգնել է «ճառ ասողներից», զանգ կախել է պետք:   ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն, օրինակ, դեռևս շաբաթներ առաջ  է հայտարարել, թե հայեցակարգի մասին հստակ տեսակետ կհայտնի, երբ այն հրապարակվի: Սթափ և կշռադատված մոտեցում է սա, ինչը զարմանալիորեն անտեսվում է կուսակցական հերարխիայի ավելի ցածր սանդղակին կանգնած գործիչների կողմից:   ՀՅԴ խմբակցության անդամ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը  սահմանադրական  փոփոխությունների հայեցակարգի նախագիծը անվանել է որակյալ փաստաթուղթ, չնայած իր կարծիքով 100 տոկոսանոց համամասնական ընտրակարգին անցնելու դրույթը այնքան էլ հստակ չի ներկայացված. նշանակում է մարդը կարդացել է փաստաթուղթը և գիտի, թե ինչի շուրջ է պայքարելու քաղաքական քննարկումների ժամանակ:   ՀՀՇ վարչության անդամ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանն ու «Քրիստոնեաժողովրդական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության ղեկավար Սոս Գիմիշյանն էլ շատ հարցերում դեմ լինելով՝ ասել են, որ իրենց վերջնական կարծիքը կհայտնեն մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններից հետո միայն:   Հոկտեմբերի 24-ի հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների զգալի մասը նույնպես վստահաբար հրապարակ է գնալու արդեն իսկ աղմկահարույց հայեցակարգին ծանոթ լինելով: Եվ բնական է, եթե նրանց մոտ հարց առաջանա՝ ուղղված «հրաշալի եռյակի» միջին տրամաչափի ճառասացներին. «Եթե չեք կարդացել, եկել եք, որ ինչ ասեք»?
