 Մարտի 7-ին Արարատի մարզպետարանում տեղի ունեցած այս տարվա առաջին մարզխորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Հայկազ Տերտերյանն ընդգծեց, որ անհանգստության տեղիք է տալիս այս տարվա ձյան հաստ շերտի առկայությունը, որը, կապված ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ բարձրացման հետ, կարող է որոշ տեղերում առաջացնել հեղեղումներ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ դիմելով համայնքի ղեկավարներին՝ նա ասաց. «Անհրաժեշտ է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել առավել վտանգավոր հատվածները եւ ձեր հնարավորության սահմաններում աջակցել՝ մեղմելու դրանց հնարավոր վտանգները»: Նա հավելեց, որ փետրվարին ուսումնասիրություններ են անցկացվել Երասխից մինչեւ Ռանչպար ընկած մերձարաքսյան գոտում, վեր են հանվել եւ արձանագրվել ավելի վտանգավոր հատվածները, եւ դրանց հնարավոր վտանգներից խուսափելու նպատակով առաջարկություններ են ներկայացվել ՀՀ կառավարությանը:
 
Համայնքի ղեկավարների կողմից բարձրացվեցին տարաբնույթ հարցեր՝ ուղղված նիստին ներկա ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանին, Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանին: Բարձրացվեցին պարարտանյութի, սերմացուների, հակակարկտային կայանների, ոռոգման ջրի մատակարարման, նախորդ տարվա մթերված խաղողի եւ չվճարված գումարների, սելավատարների մաքրման, Վեդու ջրամբարի կառուցման եւ այլ առաջնահերթ ու օրակարգային հարցեր: 
Անդրադառնալով հակակարկտային կայաններին՝ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն ընդգծեց, որ տարբեր ժամանակաշրջաններում տեղադրված կայանները տարբեր որակների եւ չափորոշիչների են: «Ելնելով այդ հանգամանքից՝ տարբեր է նաեւ դրանց արդյունավետությունը: Եղել են մրցույթներ, որ մատչելի գներով ենք ձեռք բերել կայանները՝ կանգնելով փաստի առաջ: Էժանությունն ունեցավ իր դերակատարումը: Այս անգամ ձեռք կբերենք այն որակով ապրանքը, որը կլինի արդյունավետ եւ կազատվենք հետագա կարկտահարության վտանգներից»,-ասաց Գրիգորյանը:
Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, հաստատելով մարզպետի խոսքն, ասաց, որ համագործակցում են ԱԻ նախարարության հետ: Նա չժխտեց, որ նախկինում տեղադրվել են կամայական կայաններ, եւ անգամ տեղադրված վայրերն են եղել կամայական: Պետք է հստակեցվի չափորոշիչները: Այժմ մտածում են հակակարկտային ցանցի մասին: 
 
Անդրադառնալով մթերումներին՝ նշվեց, որ այս պահին երեք մթերող եւ վերամշակող կազմակերպություններ կան, որոնք դեռեւս չեն վճարել մթերված գյուղթերքի գումարները: Անդրադառնալով այս խնդրին՝ Գրիգորյանը շեշտեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է արտադրել այն քանակության եւ այն տեսակի ապրանքներ, որոնք հնարավոր լինի սպառել ներքին շուկայում կամ արտահանել՝ չունենալով ավելցուկներ՝ նմանատիպ եւ հետագա խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար:
