Նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է հունվար-փետրվարի բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննությունների արդյունքները

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի Բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության 18 տարածքային մարմինների կողմից 2017թ.-ի հունվարի 23-ից փետրվարի 28-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել են  7 641 փորձաքննություն, որից  հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 6.284 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 1.356 անձ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալ ական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների ուղեգրերով տարածքային մարմիններում առաջին անգամ փորձաքննվել է 1.720 անձ, որից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 1.345 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 375-ը: Այս դեպքում հաշմանդամ չճանաչված  անձինք, այն հիվանդություն ունեցող անձինք են, ում մոտ դեռևս չի առաջացել օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաների կայուն խանգարում կամ ունեն աննշան խանգարում,  հետևաբար այս անձինք ունեն առողջապահական համակարգում բուժումներ և դեղորայք ստանալու կարիÖ „, որպեսզի նրանց մոտ հիվանդությունը չխորանա,   օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաները չխանգարվեն և  հետագայում անձը  հաշմանդամություն ձեռք չբերի: 

Ըստ հաշմանդամության խմբերի`

I–ին խումբ` 75 անձ

II խումբ`  293 անձ

III խումբ` 846 անձ 

«Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա» կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  131 երեխայի: 

Վերափորձաքննություն իրականացվել է  5.921 անձի, որից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 4.939 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 982-ը,  այս դեպքում  բուժման  և վերականգնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում  այդ անձանց մոտ  վերականգնվել են ֆունկցիաների խանգարումները, կենսագործունեությունը չի սահմանափակվել և նրանք հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել:   

Վերափորձաքննվածներն ըստ խմբերի`

I–ին խումբ` 70 անձ

II խումբ`  860 անձ

III խումբ` 3.762 անձ

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  247 երեխայի:

Վերափորձաքննվածներից`

ա) ավելի թեթև հաշմանդամության խումբ է սահմանվել 269 անձի, այսինքն՝ այդ անձանց մոտ գրանցվել է ֆունկցիաների խանգարման  և կենսագործունեության սահմանափակման վերականգնում (օրինակ՝ հաշմանդամության երկրորդ խմբից՝ երրորդ  խումբ կամ առաջինից՝ երկրորդ խումբ):

բ) հաշմանդամության խմբերի ծանրացումը կազմել է 110, այսինքն, այդ անձանց մոտ գրանցվել է ֆունկցիաների խանգարման վատթարացում և կենսագործունեության սահմանափակման խորացում  (երրորդ խմբից՝  երկրորդ կամ երկրորդից՝ առաջին խումբ):
