«Ղարաբաղը լինելու է հայերի գերեզմանը» արտահայտության համար Իլհամ Աշկինի դատավճիռը կհրապարակվի մարտի 17-ին

 Հոլանդիայում հայերի նկատմամբ զանգվածային բռնությունների կոչ արած Թուրք-ադրբեջանական մշակութային միության նախագահ Իլհամ Աշկինի դատավճիռը կհրապարակվի մարտի 17-ին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՅԴ Նիդերլանդների Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի նախագահ Մասիս Աբրահամյանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դատարանը պատժիչ որոշում կկայացնի:

«Դատի ընթացքը ցույց տվեց, որ ուրիշ ելք, հազիվ թե, լինի: Այսինքն` սպասում ենք, որ զանգվածային բռնության կոչ անող Իլհամ Աշկինը կդատապարտվի»,-ասաց Մասիս Աբրահամյանը:

Դատախազությունը պահանջում է հարկադիր աշխատանքային 80 ժամ և պայմանական երկու շաբաթ բանտարկություն: Բայց դա երկու տարի պայմանով, դա նշանակում է, որ եթե այս անձն այդ ուղղությամբ կրկին սխալ թույլ տա, ապա անպայման պատիժը կրկին կկրի, կլինի նոր, խիստ պատիժ:

«Պատժի չափը նշանակություն չունի, ավելի կարևոր նշանակություն ունի հենց դատապարտումը, որ հայերի նկատմամբ զանգվածային բռնությունների կոչ անող ինչ-որ մեկը անպատիժ չմնա»,-ասաց Մասիս Աբրահամյանը:

Հոլանդիայի Ալմելո քաղաքում մարտի 3-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հաագայի Թուրք-ադրբեջանական մշակութային միության նախագահ Իլհամ Աշկինի դատավարությունը։ Աշկինը մեղադրվում է հայերի դեմ բռնություն և ատելություն սերմանելու մեջ, քանի որ նա Ալմելո քաղաքում Մեծ Եղեռնի հուշահամալիրի դեմ կազմակերպված թուրքական հանրահավաքի ժամանակ վանկարկել է «Ղարաբաղը լինելու է հայերի գերեզմանը»։  2014 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին Ալմելոյում տեղի է ունեցել հանրահավաք, որին հիմնականում մասնակցում էին թուրքեր և որն ուղղված էր Ալմելոյի Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հողամասում տեղադրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հուշահամալիրի դեմ։ Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունները, մասնավորապես Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան (FAON) և Հոլանդիայի Հայ Դատի հանձնախումբը գանգատ էին ներկայացրել հանրահավաքի ընթացքում կատարված հակահայ հայտարարությունների դեմ։
