ՔԿ վարույթում 2016 թվականին քննվել է ընտանեկան բռնության վերաբերյալ 359 քրգործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ-ում  ներդրվել է ընտանեկան բռնությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ՔԿ վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործերի առանձին վիճակագրության վարման  կառուցակարգ, որը թույլ կտա համապարփակ ուսումնասիրել բռնության այդ տեսակի տարածվածությունը, դրսևորման եղանակները, ձևերը, տուժողների և մեղադրյալների կարգավիճակները, ինչպես նաև՝ նրանց միջև փոխհարաբերությունները։ Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Այսպես՝ ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում 2016 թվականի ընթացքում քննվել է ընտանեկան բռնության վերաբերյալ 359 քրեական գործ, որոնցից 18-ը՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում վարույթում քննված ընտանեկան բռնության  359 գործերից՝

- 222-ը վերաբերել է ծեծին (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդված),

- 45-ը՝ սպանության կամ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու, կամ գույք ոչնչացնելու սպառնալիքին (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 137-րդ հոդված),

- 23-ը՝ 16 տարին չլրացած անձի հետ սեռական հարաբերությանը կամ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարելուն,

- 19-ը՝ դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը թեթև վնաս պատճառելուն (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդված),

- 10-ը՝ սպանությանը (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդված)

- 7-ը՝ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելուն և այլն: 

Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում հայտնի է դարձել, որ ընտանիքում կատարված հանցագործություններից 3-ը եղել են մոր , 14-ը՝ հոր, 3-ը՝ խորթ հոր, 9-ը՝ եղբոր/քրոջ, 15-ը՝ զավակի  (այդ թվում՝ որդեգրվածի), 2-ը՝ կնոջ, 136-ը՝ ամուսնու, 3-ը՝ թոռան, 6-ը՝ ամուսնու ծնողների, 15-ը՝ հարսի/փեսայի կողմից կատարված:

Նախնական քննության փուլում քրեական գործերով որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել 204 անձ, որոնցից 122-ը՝  18-35 տարեկան, 82-ը՝ 35 տարեկանից բարձր:

Վարույթում գտնվող գործերով որպես տուժող ճանաչվել է  237 անձ, որոնցից 20-ը՝ մինչև 12 տարեկան, 2-ը՝ 12-14 տարեկան, 25-ը՝ 14-16 տարեկան, 2-ը՝ 16-18 տարեկան, 108-ը՝ 18-35 տարեկան, 80-ը՝ 35 տարեկանից բարձր:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում 206 քրեական գործի վարույթ կարճվել է՝ մեծամասամբ բողոքի բացակայության կամ տուժողի՝ մեղադրյալի հետ հաշտվելու հիմքով։

Մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան է ուղարկվել 89 քրեական գործ՝ 89 անձի վերաբերյալ:
