Վերջին երկու տարիները Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար հեշտ ժամանակներ չեն եղել, սակայն տնտեսական դժվարությունները պայմանավորված չեն եղել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությամբ: Երևանում միջազգային երկխոսության «Վալդայ» ակումբի արտագնա նիստի ընթացքում իր ելույթում այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը:

«Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում մեր տնտեսության մեջ հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են եղել: 2015-2016թթ. մեզ համար հեշտ ժամանակներ չէին տնտեսական առումով: Այդ ժամանակահատվածը նաև համընկավ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության հետ, և մեր հասարակության մեջ շատ էին քննարկում հարցը՝ արդյոք երկրում տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակի պատճառը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամակցումն է: Տարբեր գնահատականներ են հնչել, սակայն ամենագլխավորն այն է, որ մենք միշտ փորձել ենք բացատրել, որ մեր երկրի տնտեսության դժվարությունները հարկավոր է բաժանել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներից»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Գաբրիելյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը վերլուծություններ է իրականացրել, որոնց արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա ավելի բարդ ազդեցություն կունենար Ռուսաստանի բարդ տնտեսական վիճակը, եթե երկիրը չանդամակցեր Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը: «Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի կապիտալի, ապրանքների, ծառայությունների և աշխատուժի ազատ տեղաշարժի հնարավորությունը, որ տալիս է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը»,- ասաց փոխվարչապետը:

Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը հիշեցրեց, որ վերջերս Հայաստանում սպառողների համար նվազել է գազի սակագինը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ՀՀ-ն Ռուսաստանից գազ է գնում ավելի էժան գնով, քան այն երկրները, որոնք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ չեն: «Այս դեպքում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցության օգուտն ակնհայտ է: Այսինքն, այն երկրները, որոնք միության անդամ չեն, Ռուսաստանից գազ են գնում շատ ավելի բարձր գներով, քան Հայաստանը»,- ասաց փոխվարչապետը:

Նա նկատեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունից հետո ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան ներմուծման ծավալները զգալիորեն ավելացել են: «Սա նշանակում է, որ հիմա մեր գործարարները ոչ թե երրորդ երկրներից են բերում այս կամ այն ապրանքը, այլ Ռուսաստանից, քանի որ դա ավելի ձեռնտու է: Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ առաջընթաց կա ու մեր բիզնեսի համար հեշտացել է առևտուրը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների հետ»,- մանրամասնեց Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն նախագիծը շատ մեծ հեռանկարներ ունի, որն արդեն իսկ հասցրել է որոշակի հաջողություններ արձանագրել: Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը կարող է երկխոսության ու տնտեսական համագործակցության հարթակ դառնալ Եվրոպական Միության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև:
