ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ Արտաշատ քաղաքում ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն ծավալելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասա րակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի նկատմամբ ԶԼՄ-ների հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ 2017թ. հունվարի 26-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Գ.Հակոբյանի կողմից ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Քրեական գործն ստացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում և նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016թ. մարտի 6-ից մինչև 2017թ. հունվարի 16-ը ներառյալ, Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցի 137ա հասցեում վարձակալված տարածքն օգտագործվել է որպես ամենօրյա գիշերային ակումբ՝ («Ամորե» գիշերային ակումբ)՝ առանց պետական գրանցման և առանց ՊԵԿ հարկային տեսչության որևէ ստորաբաժանումում հաշվառվելու և զբաղվել հեստապար ունեցող հանրային սննդի կազմակերպմամբ, որտեղ առանց որևէ գրավոր աշխատանքային պայմանագրի ներգրավվել են մոտ մեկ տասնյակ աշխատակիցներ։ Նշված գործողությունների հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձ նապես խոշոր չափի վնաս:

Բացի այդ, նախնական քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև Գ.Հակոբյանի կողմից ենթադրյալ իրավունքներն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ՝ նույն ակումբի աշխատակցին թույլ չտալով ակումբից տեղափոխել վերջինիս պատկանող 8.500.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողության երաժշտական գործիքները:

2017թ. մարտի 13-ին Գ.Հակոբյանը ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 322-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
