Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, ՊԵԿ-ի հարկային հավաքագրումները եղել են 16 միլիարդ դրամով ավելի: Այդ մասին ՊԵԿ-ում մոնիթորինգի կենտրոնի բացման ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

 «Դա բավականին լուրջ թիվ է, ՊԵԿ-ի առջև ձևակերպել ենք հստակ հանձնարարական, ըստ որի՝ այն pլանային ցուցանիշները, որոնք դրված են, պետք է կատարվեն: Սակայն կան կանոններ, որոնք պետք է չխախտվեն, այսինքն՝ կանխավճարի դաշտ պետք է չմտնել, գործարարին արհեստականորեն պետք է չնեղացնել, արհեստական խնդիրներ չստեղծել, որպեսզի նա հարկեր վճարի: Այս առումով այս համակարգը չափազանց կարևոր է: Միաժամանակ, խոշոր գործարարների հետ խոսելիս կանխավճարի թեման մշտապես եղել է ակտուալ: 16 միլիարդով ավելի մուտքերի ուղղությամբ ցանկանում եմ ուշադրություն հրավիրել նաև բովանդակության վրա:

ՊԵԿ-ն այսօր զբաղվում է այն կառույցների «մաշեցմամբ», որոնք ունեցել են մեծ կանխավճարներ, այսինքն՝ ՊԵԿ բազայում կան բազմաթիվ մուտքեր, որոնք նախկինում կային, այժմ՝ ոչ: Բացի նրանից, որ 16 միլիարդի աճ է ապահովվել, որը կազմում է 10,9 տոկոս, նաև այս պահին ինձ հրապուրում է որակական աճը, որովհետև խոշոր ընկերություններն այսօր «մաշեցնում են» իրենց կանխավճարները, իրենց պարտավորության չափով այսօր չեն վճարում: Այդ առումով, գալու ենք նրան, որ այդ 10,9 տոկոսի աճը շատ ավելի մեծ է լինելու»,-ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը տեղեկացրեց, որ ՊԵԿ-ում իրականացվելու են ֆունդամենտալ բարեփոխումներ, որոնք մասամբ սկսվել են, և նշված կենտրոնի բացումն առաջին քայլն է: Կարեն Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ մոտ ժամանակներս ՊԵԿ-ը կառավարությանն է ներկայացնելու ՊԵԿ-ի բարեփոխումների ողջ փաթեթը:

«Վստահ եմ, որ այս աշխատանքի արդյունքում ունենալու ենք այն, ինչին ձգտում ենք: Սպիտակ, օրինապահ դաշտում գործող գործարարը ՊԵԿ-ին նվազագույնն է նկատելու: Համակարգում առաջընթաց միանշանակ կա, տեղ չկա՞ լավացնելու, միշտ կա: Մենք երբևէ չենք գալու մի կետի, որ այլևս անելիք չունենանք, բայց մեր ձգտումն է տվյալ իրավիճակում հասնել առավելագույնի:

Կարծում եմ, որ իրավիճակը բավականին փոխվել է: Բացի նրանից, որ ՊԵԿ-ն ունի հետադարձ կապ, այն առկա է նաև իմ աշխատակազմում, և կան կոնկրետ մարդիկ, ովքեր զբաղվում են ՊԵԿ-ի գործերով: Չի եղել դեպք, որ որևէ մեկը բողոքի ՊԵԿ-ի անարդարությունից, և մենք ՊԵԿ-ի հետ համատեղ մինչև վերջ չգնանք, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե որն է պատճառը: Ես կանոնավորապես շփվում եմ խոշոր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, բողոքները պակասել են»,- ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
