 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հաջողություն է մաղթել Հայաստանին սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն ավարտին հասցնելու և ազատ ու ժողովրդավար խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու հարցում:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Պուտինը խոսել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ Մոսկվայում հրավիրած համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի այցը Մոսկվա տեղի է ունենում ներքին քաղաքական կյանքում կարևոր ժամանակահատվածում. ավարտին է մոտենում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումը` ուղղված խորհրդարանական հանրապետության ստեղծմանը, նախատեսվում են Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններ:

Գիտեմ, որ Հայաստանի իշխանույթունները և Դուք անձամբ, հարգելի Սերժ Ազատի, ջանքեր եք գործադրում, որ նախընտրական քարոզարշավը, քվեարկության գործընթացն ու արդյունքների ամփոփումն իրականացվեն ազատ և ժողովդավարական հիմքով: Ցանկանում եմ Ձեզ այս հարցում հաջողություններ մաղթել: Ռուսաստանն անկեղծորեն հետաքրքրված է կայուն, անկախ և դինամիկ զարգացող Հայաստանով»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հարաբերություններն ունեն բարեկամական, դաշնակցային բնույթ: «Շատ շուտով` ապրիլի 3-ին կնշենք դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25 ամյակը: Ռուսաստանը և Հայաստանն անկեղծորեն ձգտում են ամրապնդել փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունն ու բազմակողմանի ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը: Ողջունվում է ինտենսիվ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը, ակտիվորեն փոխգործակցում են կառավարությունները, պարբերաբար շփումներ են տեղի ունենում արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների, անվտանգության խորհուրդների միջև, ընդլայնվում են միջխորհրդարանական փոխանակությունները»,- նշել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
