Իջե՛ք ծնկների վրա՝ ձեռքի ափերով հենվելով գետնին: Ձեռքի ափերը՝ ուսերի տակ, ծնկները՝ կոնքերի տակ, մեջքը ուղիղ: Այնուհետև ծալված ոտքը բարձրացրեք կոնքերի մակարդակին, և մի փոքր պահելուց հետո իջեցրեք: Արեք 10-15 բարձրացում յուրաքանչյուր ոտքով 3 անգամ հերթափոխով:

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա՝ ոտքերը ծալած: Ձգեք ձեր մկանները և ոտքի թաթերով գետնին հենվելով՝ բարձրացրեք կոնքերը: Մոտ 2 վայրկյան մնացեք այդ վիճակում և ապա նոր իջեցրեք ձեր մարմինը: Արեք 10-15 բարձրացում 3 անգամ:

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա և ծալեք ոտքերն այնպես, որ ձեր մեջքի հետ 90 աստիճանի անկյուն կազմեն: Խորը շունչ քաշելով վեր բարձրացրեք ձեր մարմնի վերի հատվածը: Թեքեք մեջքն այնպես, որ ձեր աջ արմունկով հպվեք ձեր ձախ ոտքին և հակառակը: Յուրաքանչյուր կողմով արեք 10-15 թեքում 3 անգամ:

Կանգնեք ուղիղ, ոտքերն ուսերից մի փոքր լայն զատած: Ուսերն իջեցրեք և հետ տարեք, ձեռքերը բերեք առաջ: Նրբորեն հետ տարեք ձեր կոնքերը և ծալեք ծնկները: Կքանիստեր անելիս մեջքն ուղիղ պահեք: Կատարեք 10-15 կքանիստ 2 անգամ:
