Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին և քննիչներին տարբեր, այդ թվում ծանր հանցագործությունների մեջ մեղադրելով զուգորդված սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել է 4 քրեական գործ:

Այսպես, Երևանի բնակիչ Հասմիկ Զ.-ն, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, դատարանում, հետո նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություններ է տրամադրել իրեն հարցաքննած քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու վերաբերյալ: Հասմիկ Զ.-ն հայտնել է, որ ձեռագրով գրված իր ցուցմունքը համակարգչով տպագրելու ժամանակ քննիչը, իբր, այն փոխել է և դրանում ներառել կեղծ տեղեկություններ: Սակայն նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված մի շար ք քննչական ու դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում  Հասմիկ Զ.-ի հայտնած տեղեկությունները հերքվել են, որի պատճառով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ վերջինիս կողմից կատարած սուտ մատնության փաստով:

Մյուս քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ Հրազդան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Արծրուն Գ.-ի կողմից կատարված սուտ մատնության դեպքի առթիվ: Վերջինս կեղծ տեղեկություններ է հայտնել այն մասին, որ Կոտայքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում քննիչը, իբր, խեղաթյուրել է իր հայտնած տվյալները և հարցաքննության արձանագրությունում իր ցուցմունքը  տպագրել այլ բովանդակությամբ: Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցներով պարզվել է, որ Արծրուն Գ.-ն քննիչին անհիմն է մեղադրել ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ գործով ապացույց կեղծելու մեջ:

Եվս մեկ քրեական գործ էլ հարուցվել է Ամալիկ Զ.-ի կողմից կեղծ տեղեկություններ հաղորդելու դեպքի առթիվ: Մասնավորապես, դատարանում քննվող քրեական գործով վկա Ամալիկ Զ.-ն, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, դատաքննության ընթացքում հայտարարել, հետո նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում պնդել է, թե ոստիկանության Տաշիրի բաժնի աշխատակիցը, իբր, պաշտոնեական կեղծիք է կատարել` իրենց տուն այցելելու վերաբերյալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող արձանագրություն կազմելով և  դրանում իր փոխարեն կեղծ ստորագրություններ դնելով: Սակայն այս տեղեկությունները նախաքննության ընթացքում նույնպես հերքվել են:

Մյուս քրեական գործն էլ հարուցվել է Ռազմիկ Թ.-ի կողմից ոստիկաններին ու քննիչին պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման և լիազորություններն անցնելու մեջ հանիրավի մեղադրելու դեպքի առթիվ: Վերջինս, դարձյալ նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանտվության մասին, սուտ հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ քրեական գործով որպես վկա հարցաքննվելու ժամանակ, իբր, իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ցուցմունք է տվել ոստիկանների և քննիչի կողմից հոգեբանական ճնշումների  և սպառնալիքների ազդեցության տակ: Նախաքննության ընթացքում հիմնավորվել է, որ հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձինք Ռազմիկ Թ.-ին չեն սպառնացել, ճնշում չեն գործադրել:

Վերը նշված սուտ մատնության բոլոր դեպքերի առթիվ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 333-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
