Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի Դրագինյան քաղաքի քաղաքապետ Ռիշարդ Ստրամբիոյի և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության անդամների հետ: 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Դավիթ Օհանյանը հատկանշել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը կարևորում է ինչպես Երևանի, այնպես էլ վարչական շրջանների տարբեր ոլորտներում ծավալվող միջազգային համագործակցությունը: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նաև ընդգծել է, որ հատկապես ֆրանսիական քաղաքների հետ համագործակցությունն իսկապես արդյունավետ է եղել, ինչը պայմանավորված է հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակով: 

«Դեռևս 2002 թվականին Դրագինյանի և Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի միջև ստորագրված համագործակցության հուշագրով կապերն, իհարկե, ակտիվացան, սակայն այսօր, կարծում եմ, այն նոր հիմքերի վրա պետք է դրվի, ինչը նոր որակ կհաղորդի երկկողմ հարաբերություններին»,-ընդգծել է Դավիթ Օհանյանը, հավելելով, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պատրաստակամ է աջակցելու քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես, զբոսաշրջության ասպարեզում փոխգործակցության խորացմանը: 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ հյուրընկալության համար՝ Դրագինյանի քաղաքապետ Ռիշարդ Ստրամբիոն նախ հայտնել է, որ տպավորված է Երևանով և այն բազմաթիվ դրական փոփոխություններով, որոնք այս տարիների ընթացքում էլ ավելի գրավիչ են դարձրել մայրաքաղաքը հյուրերի ու նաև բնակիչների համար: 
«Մենք կարևորում ենք համագործակցության զարգացումը և համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը: Հուսով ենք, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի հետ մեր շուրջ 15-ամյա համագործակցությունը նոր ընթացք կստանա նախատեսվող Բարեկամության խարտիայի ստորագրմամբ»-նշել է Ռիշարդ Ստրամբիոն՝ ընդգծելով երկկողմ համագործակցության ակտիվացման գործում Դրագինյանի Հայաստանի բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Միշել Դերդերյանի դերը:

Հանդիպմանը պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ակտիվացնել երկկողմ փոխայցերը՝ համատեղ նոր ծրագրեր իրականացնելու նպատակով:
