«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.


«Արթուր Սարգսյանի՝ Հաց բերողի մահվան գույժը երեկ ցնցել էր մարդկանց: Նրան քչերն էին անձնապես ճանաչում, բայց շատերն էին սիրում ու հարգում: Սիրում էին իր մարդկային արարքի համար, երբ մեքենայով ճեղքել էր ոստիկանական պատնեշն ու սնունդ հասցրել նախորդ տարվա հուլիսին ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբավորման անդամներին, ոստիկաններին ու բժիշկներին: Խմբավորման անդամների հետ Ա. Սարգսյանն էլ էր հանձնվել իրավապահներին, կալանավորվել:


Մեկուսարանում գտնվելու ընթացքում նրա առողջական վիճակը գնալով վատացել էր, և դեկտեմբերին դատախազը ստիպված էր փոխել Հաց բերողի խափանման միջոցը: Բայց շատ կարճ ժամանակով: Փետրվարի 9-ին նրան կրկին կալանավորեցին, ու չնայած օրեցօր վատթարացող առողջական վիճակին, քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց չէր տեղափոխվում: Հաց բերողը ստիպված էր իր իրավունքների համար պայքարել՝ հացադուլ հայտարարելով: Այդ ընթացքում առողջական վիճակը ավելի վատթարացավ: Բայց նա հաղթեց իր կամքի և ուժի շնորհիվ. խափանման միջոցը փոխեցին, ազատ արձակեցին արդեն լիովին քայքայված առողջությամբ: Ազատ արձակվելուց 10 օր անց լսեցինք նրա մահվան գույժը: Եղբոր պնդմամբ՝ վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել էր այն բանից հետո, երբ հերթական հարցաքննության ծանուցագիրն էր ստացել… Այսպիսով՝ ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը հասավ չորսի:


Ու հիմա պետք է արձանագրենք Հաց բերողի մահվան համար մեղավորների անունները՝ «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Էդիկ Հակոբյան, Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյան, ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Կարինե Ղազարյան. նրանք, առանց հաշվի առնելու Արթուրի առողջական վիճակը, կալանավորեցին Հաց բերողին, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյան, ԱՆ ՔԿՀ վարչության պետ Արթուր Օսիկյան, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյան, ՀՔԾ պետ Վահրամ Շահինյան, որոնք անտեսեցին մարդու ծայրահեղ` հացադուլի արարքը: ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը, որ այդպես էլ բավարար քայլեր չձեռնարկեց նրան հնարավորինս արագ ազատ արձակելու համար:


Հիմա Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր դեմքը փրկելու համար թվարկվածների մեծ մասին պետք է դուրս շպրտի պետական ապարատից, հակառակ դեպքում կստացվի, որ հենց իր հրահանգով խոշտանգվեց ու փաստացի սպանվեց Հաց բերողը:


Հ. Գ. Հաջորդ բոթը, որ առաջիկայում կլսվի կալանավայից, նախկին ՊՆ փոխնախարար Վահան Շիրխանյանի մահն է լինելու, որի մասին ամիսներ շարունակ ահազանգում է նրա փաստաբանը:


Հիշեցնենք` Շիրխանյանն իր ոտքով գնացել է ԱԱԾ մեկուսարան, իսկ այժմ չի կարողանում ինքնուրույն շարժվել: Ու էլի բժիշկները, դատավորները, քննիչներն ու բանտապետը պնդում են, թե նա առողջ է»:
