Վիետնամի մայրաքաղաք Հանոյում մեկնարկել է Տնտեսական, գիտական և տեխնիկական համագործակցության հարցերով հայ-վիետնամական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի առաջին նիստը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Մարտի 15-ին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանի գլխավորությամբ Հանոյ մեկնած պատվիրակության կազմում են ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության, ՀՀ մշակույթի, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահներն են` հայկական կողմից` ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը, իսկ վիետնամական կողմից` Վիետնամի արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարի տեղակալ` Հոանգ Քուոկ Վուոնգը:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական, գյուղատնտեսության, տրանսպորտի, մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության, ինչպես նաև այլ` փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող բնագավառներում համագործակցության զարգացմանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:

Քննարկումների արդյունքում ստորագրվել է նիստի արձանագրությունը և ըստ ոլորտների սահմանվել են համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման ուղղությամբ անելիքները:

Այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը առաձնազրույց է ունեցել Հոանգ Քուոկ Վուոնգի հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայկական ապրանքատեսակների արտահանման հնարավորությունները։ Մասնավորապես՝ կողմերն անդրադարձել են հայկական ոգելից խմիչքների արտահանմանը։ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը Վիետնամի արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարի տեղակալի հետ քննարկել է նաև ԵԱՏՄ-Վիետնամ Ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրին առնչվող հարցեր։ Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել ապրիլին քննարկումներ ծավալել՝ նպատակ ունենալով առաջիկայում ստորագրել ԵԱՏՄ-Վիետնամ Ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու համապատասխան արձանագրությունը։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև 2012թ. հուլիսի 8-ին կնքված տնտեսական առևտրական, գիտական և տեխնիկական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրով ստեղծվել է Տնտեսական, գիտական և տեխնիկական համագործակցության հարցերով հայ-վիետնամական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողով` երկու երկրների միջև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում տնտեսական կապերի խորացման և դիվերսիֆիկացման, առևտրատնտեսական և գիտատեխնիկական բնագավառներում համագործակցության հարցերը համակարգելու նպատա կով:
