Արցախի Հանրապետության Քաշաթաղի շրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարները հանդես եկան 2016-ին կատարած աշխատանքների մասին հաշվետվությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում  է Արմենպրեսը, 2-րդ անգամ հաշվետվություն ներկայացրեց Բերձորի քաղաքային համայնքի ղեկավար Արտյոմ Սարիբեկյանը: Ներկա էին նաև շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Արտուշ Մխիթարյանը,  օգնա կան Ստեփան Սարգսյանը:

Այժմ քաղաքում բնակվում է 2100-ից ավելի բնակիչ՝ 500-ից ավելի ընտանիքով: 2016-ին ծնվել է 26 երեխա: Մինչև 16 տարեկանների թիվը՝ 536: Կազմվել է 22 նոր ընտանիք: Բերձորում գործում են 2 միջնակարգ դպրոց: Վահան Թեքեյանի անվ. թիվ 1 կրթօջախը շրջանի առաջին դպրոցն է, այժմ ունի 190 աշակերտ, 28 ուսուցիչ, իսկ Վահան Զատիկյանի անվան թիվ 2 դպրոցն ունի 179 աշակերտ 26 ուսուցիչ: Պետական մանկապարտեզում նախակրթություն են ստանում 111 մանուկ: Քաղաքի գիշերօթիկ հաստատության խնամքի տակ են  ծնողազուրկ և այլ կարգավիճակ ունեցող 18 երեխա:

Քաղաքում գործում են նաև մանկապատանեկան  մարզադպրոց՝ 100 մարզիկներով, արվեստի դպրոց՝ 186 աշակերտով Բնակչությանը ծառայում են 2 մեխանիկական, մեկ փայտամշակման, մեկ մոմաթերթի, մի քանի հացաթխման արտադրամասեր, 22 առևտրի կետ, 4 ատամնաբուժարան, 1 վարսավիրանոց, 1 բենզալցակայան, 1 գազալցակայան և այլ կազմակերպություններ:

Ներկայացնելով 2016թ. քաղաքապետարանի կատարած աշխատանքներն Ա. Սարիբեկյանը նշեց, որ հաշվետու տարում կայացել է ավագանու 9 նիստ, ընդունվել պարտադիր կատարման 26 որոշում:  Աշխատակազմը բնակիչներից  և քաղաքում գործող հիմնարկ-ձեռնարկություններից ստացել է մոտ 200 դիմում ու նամակ, բոլոր գրություններին տրվել է պատասխան: Աճուրդով օտարվել է 5-րդ թաղամասի 41/1 հասցեում գտնվող 726ք/մ տարածքը՝ բենզալցակայան կառուցելու նպատակով:

Համայնքի բյուջեն կազմել է 94 269 997  դրամ, որից 86. 773 000-ը տրվել է կառավարության կողմից որպես դոտացիա, մնացածը՝ սեփական եկամուտներից: Եկամուտները կազմել է 108 տոկոս, ծախսերը՝ 100 տոկոս: Հաշվետու տարում քաղաքում սկսվել է  7-րդ թաղամասի թիվ 19 բազմաբնակարանոց շենքի հիմնանորոգումը, իսկ 5-րդ թաղամասի թիվ 30 բազմաբնակարանոցը կտուրապատվել է, սկսվել են ներքին հարդարման աշխատանքներ:

Կատարվել են սան-մաքրման, կանաչապատման, բարեկարգման, փողոցային լուսավորության ավելացման, աստիճանների կառուցման, և այլ  աշխատանքներ: Նշված աշխատանքների մի մասը կատարվել է «Տաշիր» ՍՊԸ-ի և այլ կազմակերպությունների կողմից: Քաղաքապետի հաշվետվությունից հետո ներկաները հարցեր և առաջարկներ ուղղեցին բանախոսին:

Կարևորվեց աղբահանության, կոյուղիների կարգավորման, ներքաղաքային ճանապարհների բարեկարգման, թափառող շների, այլ խնդիրներ: ԱՀ ԱՆ Հիգիենիկ և համաճարակային տեսչության «Համաճարակաբանության և հիգիենայի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արմիդա Առուշանյանը կարևորեց քաղաքում գործող առևտրի կետերի հիգիենայի կանոների պահպանման խնդիրը, բնագավառին հուզող այլ հարցեր: Հարցերին ու առաջարկություններին տրվեցին պատասխաններ նաև շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալի, այլ պատասխանատուների կողմից: Քաղաքապետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ներկաներին՝ հավաստիացնելոÕ ¾, որ համայնքապետարանն իր գլխավորությամբ կաշխատի ավելի բարեկեցիկ դարձնել սիրելի Բերձորը: Ներկաները քաղաքապետի հաշվետվությունը համարեցին բավարար:
