Վարչապետը ծանոթացել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ձեռնարկությունների գործունեությանը

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Գեղարքունիքի մարզ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը նախ եղել է Սևան քաղաքի նոր կառուցվող բժշկական կենտրոնի շինհրապարակում՝ ծանոթացել աշխատանքների ընթացքին: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զեկուցվել է, որ բժշկական կենտրոնի շինաշխատանքները, որոնք մեկնարկել են  2016 թվականի օգոստոսից, նախատեսվում է ավարտին հասցնել 2018-ի ամռանը: Վարչապետ Կարապետյանը պատասխանատուների առջև խնդիր է դրել անել ամեն ինչ՝ կենտրոնն արդեն ընթացիկ տարեվերջին շահագործման հանձնելու համար:

Ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով ներդրվում է 2 մլն 716 հազար դոլար՝ ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի համաֆինանսավորմամբ: Բուժկենտրոնին է միացվելու նաև հարակից պոլիկլինիկան: Ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով բուժկենտրոնը սպասարկելու է տարածաշրջանի շուրջ 40 հազար քաղաքացիների:

Կարեն Կարապետյանն այցելել է նաև  Ակունքի «Էկոկաթ» պանրի գործարան, որտեղ վարչապետին են ներկայացրել արտադրական գործընթացն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերը: Նշվել է, որ 2005 թվականից հիմնված գործարանում արտադրվում է պանրի լայն տեսականի, որի հիմնական մասն իրացվում է տեղական շուկայում, արտադրանքի 25 տոկոսն արտահանվում է Ռուսաստան: Գործարանը, որն ունի 40 աշխատող, հագեցված է  ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով և այն  ընդլայնելու ու  արտադրական հզորություններն ավելացնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում են նոր ներդրումներ: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը ողջունել է նա խաձեռնությունը և նշել, որ գործարանի ընդլայնման ներդրումային ծրագիրը գտնվում է կառավարությունում՝  քննարկման փուլում:

Վարչապետը ծանոթացել է «Աքվատիկ» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեությանը, որը զբաղվում է կենդանի և եփած սառեցված խեցգետինների արտահանմամբ և պահածոների արտադրությամբ: 1996թ-ին ստեղծված ընկերությունը խեցգետինն արտահանում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և եվրոպական երկրներ: Այն առայժմ միակ ձեռնարկությունն է ՀՀ-ում, որն ունի թույլտվություն վերամշակված խեցգետին ԵՄ երկրներ արտահանելու համար: Գործարանը  կառուցվել  է եվրոպական չափանիշներին  համապատասխան և աշխատում է HACCP ծրագրով, որը ներդրվել է ձեռնարկությունում 2007 թ-ին:  «Աքվատիկ»-ը պահածոների արտադրությամբ զբաղվում է 2009 թ.-ից և հիմնական արտադրանքը պատրաստվում է Պաշտպանության նախարարության համար:

Կարեն Կարապետյանն այցելել է նաև Ծովագյուղ համայնքի հնդկացորենի մշակման նորակառույց գործարան: Մարզում նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում մշակվել է 100 հեկտար հնդկացորեն, իսկ արդեն 2017 թվականին ցանքատարածքները կընդլայնվեն՝ հասնելով  400 հեկտարի: Գործարանի ղեկավարների խոսքով, հանրապետությունում հնդկացորենի պահանջարկը հասնում է 7 հազար հեկտար արտադրանքի: Նախատեսվում է` համագործակցելով ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետ, առաջիկա տարիներին էապես ավելացնել ցանքատարածքներն ու արտադրանքի ծավալները: Գործարանին հնդկացորենի մշակման սարքավորումները հակտացվել է Եվրոպական միության ENPARD  ծրագրի շրջանակում:

Վարչապետը Գեղարքունիքի մարզն ավարտել է Ճամբարակ համայնքում, որտեղ ծանոթացել է տեղի բժշկական կենտրոնի գործունեությանը և մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակին: Բժշկական կենտրոնը վերակառուցվել, հագեցվել է գույքով և ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով 2015թ. առողջապահության նախարարության և ՀՀ տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող վարկային ծրագրերի շրջանակում: Բուժկենտրոնը մատուցում է թերապևտիկ, վիրաբուժական, մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական և այլ ծառայություններ: Այն սպասարկում է 11-12 հազար քաղաքացիների: Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորել է մարզերում ժամանակակից բուժկենտրոնների առկայությունը և մատուցվող ծառայությունների շարունակական զարգացումն ու ընդլայնումը:
