Անտոնիու Գուտերեշը արժևորել է Հայաստանի ջանքերը փախստականներին ապաստան տրամադրելու հարցում

 Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Նյու Յորքում մարտի 17-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերեշի հետ:

«Սա մեր առաջին հանդիպումն է` Ձեր կողմից ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց ի վեր, և, օգտվելով առիթից, կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բարձր և պատասխանատու պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ և հաջողություն մաղթում Ձեր կարևոր առաքելության մեջ», - ասել է նախարար Նալբանդյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Նալբանդյանը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարին փոխանցել է ՀՀ Նախագահի ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները և նրա անունից Անտոնիու Գուտերեշին հրավիրել այցելել Հայաստան։

Անտոնիու Գուտերեշը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով բարեմաղթանքների և հրավերի համար, վստահեցրել է, որ, որպես ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար, նպատակադրված է արդյունավետ համագործակցություն ծավալել Հայաստանի հետ։

Գլխավոր քարտուղարը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել է. «Իր անդամակցության քսանհինգ տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակներում իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, համագործակցում կազմակերպության բազմաթիվ կառույցների և օղակների հետ, հանդես գալիս նախաձեռնություններով, որոնք արժանի են բարձր գնահատանքի»:

ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ այսուհետ ևս Հայաստանը շարունակելու է իր կառուցողական ներգրավվածությունը և ակտիվ գործունեությունն՝ ուղղված ՄԱԿ-ի նպատակների կյանքի կոչմանը։ 

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ՄԱÔ ¿-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարին ներկայացրել է ցեղասպանությունների և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի նախաձեռնությունները։ 

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային հրատապ հարցերի:

Քննարկվել են իրավիճակը Մերձավոր Արևելքում, փախստականների, միգրացիոն հոսքերի հետ կապված խնդիրները: Այս համատեքստում Անտոնիու Գուտերեշը արժևորել է Հայաստանի ջանքերը փախստականներին ապաստան տրամադրելու հարցում՝ նշելով, որ դա օրինակելի է: 

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրել է ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ ստեղծված ներկա իրավիճակը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նախորդ տարի Վիեննայում և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում կայացած գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավ որվածություններին: Գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերեշն աջակցություն է հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների` հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին:

Նյու Յորք այցի շրջանակներում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Ջեֆրի Ֆելթմանի հետ։ Քննարկվել են ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ներգրավվածությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։
