ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը  Ազգային ժողովի 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրություններին մասնակցող  մի շարք կուսակցությունների, կուսակցությունների դաշինքների ընտրական ցուցակների թեկնածուների գրանցումը ճանաչել է ուժը կորցրած:

ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը արտահերթ նիստում հայտարարեց, որ ինքնաբացարկի մասին դիմում են ներկայացրել «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշիքի ընտրական ցուցակից Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը, Սոս Սարգսյանը, «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության ցուցակից՝ Նարեկ Ավետիսյանը, Սրբուհի Հովհաննիսյանը, «Կոմունիստական» կուսակցությունից՝ Կարեն Մանուկյանը, Սինոտ Պողոսյանը, Գարեգին Մատինյանը: «Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում նիստում հրապարակվելու պահից: Այն կարող է բողոքարկվել ՀՀ վարչական դատարանում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ ասաց նա:

ՀՀ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 90-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի համաձայն` պատգամավորի թեկնածուները քվեարկության օրվանից ոչ ուշ, քան 10 օր առաջ, մինչեւ ժամը 18.00-ն, ինչպես նաեւ քվեարկության օրվանից հետո ` դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքում իրավունք ունեն հանելու իրենց թեկնածությունը: Ինքնաբացարկի մասին դիմումը վավերացվում է նոտարական կարգով, կամ թեկնածուն ինքանաբացարկի մասին իր դիմումը հաստատում է ԿԸՀ նիստում:

Պատգամավորի թեկնածուի կողմից ինքնաբացարկի մասին ներկայացնելու դեպքում թեկնածուն հանվում է կուսակցության եւ համապետական եւ տարածքային ընտրական ցուցակներից:
