«Սեզոնային զբաղվածության խթանման միջոցով գյուղացիական տնտեսությանն աջակցության տրամադրման» ծրագրով նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանում պայմանագիր է կնքվել 242 մասնակցի հետ, Մասիսի տարածաշրջանում՝ 216, Վեդիի տարածաշրջանում՝ 224: Երեք տարածաշրջանների համար, ընդհանուր առմամբ, տրամադրվել է ավելի քան 165 մլն դրամ. Արտաշ ատի տարածաշրջանին՝ 64 մլն 323 հազար, Մասիսին՝ 28 մլն եւ Վեդիին՝ 73 մլն 644 հազար:

«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում «Զբաղվածություն պետական ծառայություն» գործակալության Արտաշատի զբաղվածության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վաչիկ Ավետիսյանը նշեց, որ ելնելով ծրագրի իրականացման պայմաններից, մասնակցություն ունեցող ընտանիքներն ընդգրկված են եղել ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում եւ ստացել ընտանեկան նպաստ, ընտանիքի կազմում ունեցել են հաշմանդամ, երկու եւ ավելի անչափահասներ: Մեկ անձի համար օրական վճարվել է 4000 դրամ, որից հանվել է եկամտահարկը եւ պարտադիր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային վճարը: Իսկ այն անձինք, ովքեր բնակվել են միայնակ, բայց ունեցել մեծ հողամաս` վարձել են աշխատողներ, որոնց համար օրավարձը սահմանված է եղել 3000 դրամ: Ծրագրում ընդգրկված յուրաքանչյուր անհատ ունեցել է հաշվի համար եւ իր գումարը ստացել փոխանցմամբ: «Ըստ իս, սա գյուղացու համար մինչ այժմ իրականացված լավագույն եւ հաջողված ծրագրերից մեկն է եղել: Ամենակարեւորը, որ գյուղացիները գոհ են եղել, հաճույքով պայմանագրեր են կնքել ու ընդգրկվել ողջ ընտանիքներով: Գյուղացու համար այն բացառիկ ծրագրերից մեկն է, որ հողագործը պետության կողմից գումար է վաստակ ել իր իսկ հողամասը մշակելու համար, նաեւ ստացել է իր աշխատանքի արդյունքը` բերքը»,- կարեւորելով ծրագրի իրականացումն՝ ընդգծեց կենտրոնի տնօրենը:

Ծրագիրն առաջին անգամ իրականացվել է 2013 թվականին Արմավիրի մարզում: Համարվելով ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացված հաջողված ծրագրերից մեկը` 2014 թվականից այն կյանքի է կոչվել հանրապետության մյուս մարզերում եւս:
