Ռուսաստանը ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի անձնագրերը հավասարեցրել Է ուկրաինական փաստաթղթերին

Դոնեցկի եւ Լուգանսկի ինքնահռչակ ժողովրդական հանրապետությունների անձնագրերի տերերի համար Ռուսաստանում գործում են միգրացիոն նույն կանոնները, ինչ եւ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը, մարտի 20-ին հայտնել Է «Նոր իզվեստիա»-ն:
 
Ինչպես նշում Է հրատարակությունը, այս տեղեկատվությունը ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկին հաստատել են Պետդումայի աղբյուրներ, ՆԳ նախարարության միգրացիոն վարչության աշխատողը, նախագահին առընթեր մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի անդամը եւ ԼԺՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչը: «Մենք զարմանքով իմացանք, որ ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի բնակիչները պետք Է մեկնեն յուրաքանչյուր 90 օրից հետո: Մարդիկ այդ մասին չգիտեին»,-«Նոր իզվեստիա»-ն մեջբերում Է խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի անդամի խոսքը: Մեկ այլ պատգամավոր ճշտել Է, որ հրամանագրի ստորագրումից հետո համապատասխան ենթաօրենսդրական ակտեր չեն մշակվել:
 
Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում միգրացիոն քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Եվգենի Բոբրովը նույնպես հավաստել Է, որ Դոնբասի ինքնահռչակ հանրապետությունների բնակիչները Ռուսաստանում նույն կարգավիճակն ունեն, ինչ եւ ՈՒկրաինայի քաղաքացիները: 
 
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ աշխարհազորի ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Ժուչկովսկին նշել Է, որ ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի անձնագրերի տերերը ՌԴ մուտք գործելիս միգրացիոն քարտեր չեն լրացնում: 
 
Մարտի 17-ին ԵԱՀԿ-ին առընթեր Ռուսաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշեւիչը պարզաբանել Է, որ Մոսկվան կարող Է չեղարկել ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի փաստաթղթերի ճանաչման որոշումը, եթե Կիեւը կատարի Մինսկի համաձայնությունները:
 
Ռուսաստանում այն փաստաթղթերի եւ փոխադրամիջոցների գրանցանշանների ճանաչման մասին հրամանագիրը, որոնք տրվել են Դոնբասի եւ Լուգանսկի մարզերի առանձին շրջանների տարածքում բնակվող Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներին եւ առանց քաղաքացիության անձանց, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կողմից ստորագրվել Է փետրվարին: Կիեւում այդ քայլը որակել են Ռուսաստանի կողմից միջազգային իրավունքի խախտման ապացույց:
