ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը այսօր երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով մեկնել է ԻԻՀ։ Այցը բավականին բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումներ է նախատեսում: Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարը Թեհրանում հանդիպումներ կունենա ԻԻՀ նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանիի, նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրիի, Մեջլիսի նախագահ Ալի Լարիջանիի հետ:
Պետք է նշել, որ երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ նման մակարդակի հանդիպումներ Իրանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության հետ տեղի չեն ունեցել: Այս այցը առանցքային է, քանի որ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը կենսական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար: Բացի այդ Իրանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները բավականին խորը պատմական արմատներ ունեն: Իրանը, լինելով իսլամական երկիր, բավականին լավ հարաբերություններ ունի Հայաստանի հետ: Ըստ այդմ Իրանը եղել է Հայաստանի միակ հարևանը, որի հետ Հայաստանը տարածքային խնդիրներ չի ունեցել:
Իրանը նույնիսկ շատ հարցերում օժանդակել է Հայաստանին` իսլամական կազմակերպություններում թույլ չտալով Հայաստանի դեմ ուղղված բանաձևերի ընդունումը, իսկ Հայաստանն էլ գործողություններ է ձեռնարկել Իրանի դեմ ուղղված պատժամիջոցների ազդեցությունը մեղմացնելու համար:
Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարևոր գործոն է նաև Իրանում հայկական համայնքի առկայությունը: ԻԻՀՍահմանադրությանհամաձայն, Իրանիհայհամայնքնունիկրոնականփոքրամասնությանկարգավիճակ:ԻրանահայերինհատկացվածէՄեջլիսի` կրոնականփոքրամասնություններինտրամադրված 5 տեղերից` 2-ը:
Ներկայումս այսպիսի ջերմ հարաբերությունների հետ մեկտեղ բարենպաստ արտաքին քաղաքական իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Իրանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները ավելի խորացնելու և նոր համատեղ նախագծեր կյանքի կոչելու համար, քանի որ Արևմուտքը հանել է Իրանի նկատմամբ մի շարք պատժամիջոցներ, չնայած որ միջուկային ծրագրի հարցում բանակցությունները դեռ շարունակվում են:
Հայաստանի համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ են ստեղծվել նաև Իրանի հետ առևտրային հարաբերությունները խորացնելու համար, ինչը Հայստանին հնարավորություն կտա դուրս գալ 75 մլն բնակչություն ունեցող շուկա, դուրս գալ մինչև Պարսից ծոց և ծովային ճանապարհով ապրանքներ արտահանել և ներմուծել:
Մյուս կողմից էլ ԵՏՄ կազմավորումը հնարավորություն է տալու Իրանին Հայաստանի միջոցով ցամաքային ճանապարհով կապվել ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների հետ:
Բարեպատեհ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում նաև Իրանի հետ կապված տարածաշրջանային տարբեր նախագծերը կյանքի կոչելու համար, որոնցից են «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգայինտրանսպորտայինմիջանցքը, Իրան–Հայաստան երկաթգծը, Իրան-Հայաստան գազամուղը և այլն: Բացի այս համատեղ ծրագրերը կյանքի կոչելուց` Հայաստանի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունի իրանական ներդրումների ապահովվումը, որը լրացուցիչ խթան կհանդիսանա մեր տնտեսության համար:
Կարծում եմ` կքննարկվվի նաև ատոմակայանում նոր ներդրումներ կատարելու հարցը: Իրանի և Հայաստանի այսպիսի հարաբերությունների և համատեղ ընձեռնված հնարավորությունների ֆոնին վարչապետի այցը լինելու է շատ բովանդակալից` սկսած համատեղ տարածաշրջանային ծրագրերին ու համագործակցությանը վերաբերող խնդիրներից մինչև հայկական համայնքին վերաբերող հարցերը:
Այս այցից սպասելիքները մեծ են, քանի որ այն կարող է հանդիսանալ հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների նոր փուլի սկիզբը:
