Թուրքիան երեքշաբթի ԱԳՆ է կանչել Գերմանիայի դեսպանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնիային` Գերմանիայի Դաշնային հետախուզության ծառայության ղեկավարի հայատարարության պատճառով:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Reuters գործակալությունը, գերմանացի պաշտոնյան հանգստյան օրերին հայտարարել էր, որ համոզված չէ, որ ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվող իսլամիստ քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենն է կանգնած Թուրքիայում հուլիսին տեղի ունեցած հեղաշրջման փորձի ետևում:

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարության հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ Դաշնային հետախուզության ծառայության ղեկավար Բրունո Կալը շաբաթնօրյա հայտարարությամբ «հանդուրժող և հովանավորչական վերաբերմունք» է արտահայտել Անկարայի կողմից «Գյուլենական ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն» անվանումն ստացած կառույցի նկատմամբ:
