 Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Քադիրովը, մեկնաբանելով երկրում Ռոսգվարդիայի զորամասի վրա ահաբեկիչների կատարած հարձակումը, հայտնել Է, որ զինյալների ինքնությունը պարզված Է, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
Քադիրովի խոսքով՝ նրանցից երկուսը Ռոստովի մարզից են, մեկը՝ Վոլգոգրադի մարզից, եւս երեքը՝ Չեչնիայից: 
 
«Այժմ կասկած չկա, որ ելուզակները մտադրվել Էին ռեզոնանսային ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնել զենքի օգտագործմամբ, եթե նրանց հաջողվեր այն խլել ու անվնաս հեռանալ»,- գրել Է Քադիրովը Instagram սոցիալական ցանցի իր Էջում: 
Քադիրովը նաեւ ցավակցություն Է հայտնել ՌԴ-ի ազգային գվարդիայի զորքերի գլխավոր հրամանատար բանակի գեներալ Վիկտոր Զոլոտովին եւ զոհվածների ազգականներին ու մերձավորներին: «Ռուսաստանի Ահմատ Քադիրովի անվան տարածաշրջանային հանրային հիմնադրամը որոշում Է ընդունել օգնություն ցուցաբերել զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին»,-հավելել Է նա:
 
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, Չեչնիայում Ռոսգվարդիայի վեց զինծառայող Է զոհվել մի խումբ զինյալների գրոհը դիմագրավելիս: Ինչպես հայտնել Է Ազգային գվարդիայի մամուլի ծառայությունը, զինվորական ավանի տարածք ներթափանցելու փորձ կատարելիս ելուզակախումբը հայտնաբերվել Է զինվորական կարգախմբի կողմից, որը մարտի մեջ Է մտել նրա դեմ: Ոչնչացվել են վեց հարձակվողներ: Մարտական բախման ընթացքում զոհվել են վեց զինվածառայողներ, կան վիրավորներ:
 
Ծառայության տվյալներով՝ լույս մարտի 24-ի գիշերը մի խումբ զինյալներ փորձել են ներխուժել Ազգային գվարդիայի զինվորական ավաններից մեկի տարածք: «Հարձակման ժամանակ զինյալներն օգտվել են թանձր մառախուղից: Ռոսգվարդիայի անձնակազմի վճռական գործողությունների շնորհիվ ելուզակախումբը չի կարողացել ներթափանցել ավանի տարածք»,-ընդգծել են գերատեսչությունում:
 
Ներկայում բախման շրջանը շրջափակված Է: Տեղի ունեցած բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու համար Չեչնիայի Հանրապետություն Է մեկնել Ազգային գվարդիայի զորքերի կենտրոնական աշխատակազմի օպերատիվ խումբը:
