 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մարտի 27-ին կառավարության նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում հանդիպել է Հայաստանում բնակություն հաստատած սիրիահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին: 2017 թ. փետրվարի 27-ին վարչապետը դիմել էր սփյուռքահայությանը՝ մեր հայրենիքի ապագայի կառուցմանը մասնակից լինելու կոչով: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Մեր վերջնական նպատակն է՝ ունենալ ժամանակակից, տրամաբանական, զարգացող պետություն, միջազգային հանրության համար հասկանալի՝ հիմնվելով մեր ազգային արժանապատվության, ինքնության և ավանդույթների վրա», - ողջունելով սիրիահայերին՝ ասել է վարչապետը: Անդրադառնալով սփյուռքահայությանն ուղղված կոչին՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի ամենամեծ ներուժը և ամենաուժեղ կապիտալը մարդն է, և զարգացման ծրագրերի հիմքում հենց այդ գաղափարն է դրված: «Իմ կոչի նպատակն  այն է, որ այն փորձը, ներուժը, որ ունեն սփյուռքահայերը, հաջողակ օրինակները՝ գիտնականները, կառավարիչները, բժիշկները, մշակույթի գործիչները, ուղղակի կարողանան մեզ փոխանցել, որովհետև այսօրվա արագ փոփոխվող և զարգացող աշխարհում դա չափազանց կարևոր է», - ընդգծել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Իրենց ելույթներում սիրիահայերը ողջունել են Կարեն Կարապետյանի կոչը սփյուռքահայությանը՝ իրենց աջակցությունն ու մասնակցության պատրաստակամությունը հայտնելով Հայաստանի զարգացման ծրագրերին:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը սիրիահայերի հետ քննարկել է նրանց հուզող հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում էին փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության խթանմանը, բիզնես ծրագրերին, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին, տնտեսության զարգացմանը և այլն: Ներկայացնելով կառավարության բարեփոխումներն այս ուղղություններով՝ վարչապետը կարևորել է սփյուռքահայության ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը մեր երկրի առաջընթացին ուղղված ծրագրերում: «Վերջին շրջանում սփյուռքահայերի վերադարձով Երևանում, Հայաստանում ծառայությունների բիզնեսի որակն էապես փոխվել է: Ավելին, աշխատանքի, աշխատասիրո ւթյան նոր մշակույթ է ձևավորվել: Ձեր մեջ լավատեսությունը դեպի վաղվա օրը շատ վարակիչ է: Անպայման պետք է այնպիսի ազդակներ տանք, որ յուրաքանչյուր օրինապաշտ քաղաքացի հասկանա, որ ինքը Հայաստանում կարող է ներդրում անել, գործ սկսել և իրեն ապահով զգալ», - նշել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
