ՄԻՊ-ը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ երեխաներին քաղաքական գործընթացներ փորձերից

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը հայտարարություն է տարածել երեխաներին դպրոցներից հանելու հրապարակային կոչերի վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից։ 

Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «Այսօր Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հրապարակային ելույթով կոչ է արել ծնողներին իրենց երեխաներին հանել դպրոցներից: Այդ հրապարակային կոչը լայնորեն տարածվել է զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով: Ընդ որում, ելույթում կոչը հիմնավորվում է դպրոցների տնօրեններին, Ն.Զոհրաբյանի ձևակերպմամբ, թաղի խուժանի, կրիմինալի հետ համեմատությամբ:

Որևէ հանգամանք, այդ թվում՝ նախընտրական քարոզչության գործընթացը չի կարող արդարացնել երեխաների իրավունքները, այդ թվում՝ կրթություն ստանալու նրանց իրավունքը կոպտորեն ոտնահարող հայտարարությունները: Հատկապես վտանգավոր է, երբ այդպիսի կոչերն արվում են հանրային գործիչների կողմից: Պետք է միշտ նկատի ունենալ երեխայի շահը՝ որպես բացարձակ արժեք, իսկ դրա խաթարումը՝ որպես երեխայի իրավունքների խախտում:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը, օժտված լինելով «Երեխայի իրավունքների մասին» ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիայի դրույթների կիրառության մշտադիտարկում, ինչպես նաև երեխաների իրավունքների խախտումների կանխարգելում և պաշտպանություն իրականացնելու իրավասությամբ, խիստ անթույլատրելի է համարում նման ելույթներն ու կոչերը:

Այսօր արված հայտարարությամբ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից արդեն իսկ նշվել էր, որ հանրակրթական դպրոցների և մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների հետ ենթադրաբար կապվող ձայնագրություններն ու դրան առնչվող բոլոր հրապարակումները պետք է դառնան մանրամասն ստուգման առարկա, իսկ գնահատականները՝ հիմնված լինեն ստուգման արդյունքի վրա:

Ուստի, կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական գործընթացի մասնակիցներին իրենց ելույթներում և գործողություններում զերծ մնալ երեխաներին քաղաքական գործընթացներին ներքաշելու կամ երեխայի շահը խաթարելու փորձերից»:
