ԱԻՆ և ԱՄՆ համագործակցության շնորհիվ վերազինվում են մարզային հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատները

ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության Մասիսի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատում մարտի 28-ին կայացավ հրդեհաշիջման նոր հանդերձանքի և գույքի հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որը Հայաստանին է տրամադրվել ԱՄՆ եվրոպական հրամանատարության մարդասիրական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից: 

Արարողությանը ներկա էին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը, բրիգադի հրամանատար, գեներալ,  տիկին Դաունե Դեսկինսին և Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը:

ԱԻՆ ՓԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Վ. Գաբրիելյանը բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ներկայացրեց տրամադրված հրդեհաշիջման նոր հանդերձանքի և գույքի տեխնիկական բնութագրերը, հնարավորություններն ու որակական հատկանիշները: 

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանն ասաց. «Այսպիսի սարքավորումներ և հանդերձանք մենք դեռևս չենք ունեցել: Սա շատ բարձր որակի և մակարդակի գույք է, որն օգնելու է մեզ բարձրացնել կարողությունները, չափանիշները, և,  առհասարակ, մեր տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունը փրկարար ծառայությունում»: 

ԱՄՆ դեսպանը ևս ընդգծեց, որ տրամադրված տեխնիկան հնարավորություն կտա մեծացնել հրշեջների կարողությունները՝ փրկարար թիմերին հնարավորություն տալով առավել արդյունավետ արձագանքել տարբեր արտակարգ իրավիճակներում: Նրա խոսքով՝ սա միաժամանակ թույլ կտա ապահովել անվտանգության հավելյալ երաշխիքներ հայ հրշեջների համար, երբ նրանք կիրականացնեն կյանքեր փրկելու իրենց կարևոր առաքելությունը: 

«Տարիների  ընթացքում ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերի իրականացրած մարդասիրական ծրագրերը և այս նվիրատվությունը սոսկ մի բաղադրիչ են ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերի ու ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ամուր ու տևական համագործակցության շրջանակում», - եզրափակեց Ռ. Միլսը:

 Նվիրաբերված հրդեհաշիջման նոր գույքը և հանդերձանքը ձեռքենբերվել ՓԾ կարիքներին համապատասխան և կբաշխվեն Հայաստանի չորս քաղաքների (Մասիս, Արտաշատ, Սիսիան և Մեղրի) հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների միջև: 

Նոր գույքը կնպաստի մարզերում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը, տեղի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների պատրաստվածության, ինչպես նաև՝ անձնակազմի անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը:
