ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երկու անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. մարտի 28-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 34-րդ կմ հատվածում Երևանի ուղղությամբ ընթացող «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան բախվել է համընթաց ընթացող «SHACMAN» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային: Ավտովթարի հետևանքով «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետնամասում նստած 2 ուղևորները  տեղում մահացել են, իսկ նույն ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և մյուս ուղևորը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել  են Երևանի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ»  բժշկական կենտրոն: 

Դեպքի առթիվ 2017թ. մարտի 28-ին Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ  քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Կատարվել են ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի դեպքի վայրի, տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննություններ, նշանակվել դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ վթարի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջմտած դատավճռով:
