Ավարտվել է Գյումրիում մայր և որդի Հակոբյանների սպանության քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է մայր և որդի Հակոբյանների սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 15:20-ին, ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ Գյումրու «Ֆանտաններ» թաղամասում բնակվող Սարգիս Հակոբյանը և նրա մայրը մի քանի օր է, ինչ չեն արձագանքում, վերջիններիս տնակից տհաճ հոտ է գալիս:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ՝ Գյումրի քաղաքի 228/268 տնակում հայտնաբերվել են նույն տնակի բնակիչներ 1936թ. ծնված Սիրիկ Հակոբյանի և 1960թ. ծնված Սարգիս Հակոբյանի դիակները՝ բռնության հետքերով։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է սպանությունը, պարզվել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը։

Փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016թ. հունիսի 17-ին տուժողները՝ Սիրիկ և Սարգիս Հակոբյանները, հյուրընկալել են Գ.Խաչանյանին և վերջինիս ընկերուհուն՝ Ա.Ենոքյանին, միասին հաց են կերել և գործածել ոգելից խմիչք: Հյուրընկալման ժամանակ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ Ս.Հակոբյանի և Գ.Խաչանյանի միջև առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, ինչը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ էլ Գ.Խաչանյանի կողմից Հակոբյաններին պատճառվել են կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքները։ Մասնավորապես՝ ապակյա տարայով հարվածել է Սարգիս Հակոբյանի գլխին՝ պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնասվածքներ, որի արդյունքում՝ գանգուղեղային փակ բութ վնասվածքի հետևանքով գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևոր ֆունկցիայի սուր խանգարումից Սարգիս Հակոբյանը մահացել է:

Դրանից անմիջապես հետո, պահարանի վրայից վերցրած մետաղյա գլխիկով մուրճով հարվածել է Սիրիկ Հակոբյանի գլխին, ով մինչ այդ փորձել էր միջամտել վիճաբանությանը։ Արդյունքում՝ տարեց կինն ստացել է  գանգուղեղային փակ բութ վնասվածք, որի հետևանքով գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևոր ֆունկցիայի սուր խանգարումից մահացել է:

Քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է նաև, որ Ա.Ենոքյանը, ներկա գտնվելով վիճաբանությանը, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր դրության մեջ գտնվող և ինքնապահպանության միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու հնարավորությունից զրկված մայր և որդի Հակոբյաններին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցույց չի տվել, ինչպես նաև չի հաղորդել համապատասխան մարմիններին:

Բացի այդ, բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ կատարված առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունը և այն կատարող անձի ինքնությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով Ա.Ենոքյանը Գ.Խաչանյանի հետ միասին, տնակը մաքրել է դեպքի մասին վկայող ակնհայտ հետքերից՝ այդպիսով պարտակելով կատարված առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունը։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Գ.Խաչանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, Ա.Ենոքյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 128-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
