Տեղեկատվական հարթակներում ադրբեջանական կողմի քարոզչությունը ներկայումս ինտենսիվ չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց մեդիափորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական կողմի տեղեկատվական հարթակում քարոզչության իրավիճակին մեկ տարի առաջ և հիմա: Նրա խոսքով` այս ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմը շատ ուշադիր հետևում է մեր նախընտրական զարգացումներին, որպեսզի «բռնաց նի» պահը, թե երբ կարող է ինչ-որ իրավիճակ սրել:

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք հայկական տեղեկատվական համակարգը պատրաստ կլինի՞ ադրբեջանական քարոզչությանը համարժեք պատասխանել, Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ տեղեկատվական համակարգում հայկական կողմը, միասնական չէ, քանի որ մեր երկրում մամուլը բազմազան է:

«Եթե վերցնենք Ադրբեջանը, ապա նրանց մոտ մամուլը վերահսկվում է նախագահականի կողմից: Մեզ մոտ իրավիճակը շատ ավելի բազմազան է: Եվ մեկ բառով ասել՝ մենք պատրաստ ենք, թե ոչ` հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ կան բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ, որոնք հեռու են պրոֆեսիոնալիզմից: Եվ, բնականաբար, վստահ լինել, որ նրանք կկարողանան զատել ապատեղեկատվությունը փաստերից` դժվար է. վստահ չեմ: Սակայն, մյուս կողմից, վերջին մեկ տարում ռազմական լրատվության որակը դեպի դրականն է փոխվել»,-ասաց մեդիափորձագետը:

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչ կարելի է սպասել առաջիկա ապրիլյան օրերին ադրբեջանական տեղեկատվական հարձակումների տեսանկյունից, նա ասաց, որ դրանք  ինքնըստինքյան չեն սկսվում. մի բան են, որ ապահովվում են «օֆլայն» վիճակներում: «Կախված են նրանից, թե ինչպես կզարգանա բուն ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը»,- հավելեց Մարտիրոսյանը:
