 Հայաստանի չգազիֆիկացված համայնքներին ջերմային էներգիայով ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ մեկնարկած միջոցառումների շրջանակներում ամբողջությամբ լուծվել է Արմավիրի մարզի Լեռնամերձ համայնքի բնակիչների տաք ջրի հարցը։ Դա հնարավոր է դարձել իրականացված առաջնեկային փորձնական ծրագրի արդյունքում։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Այդ նպատակով փետրվարին կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատվել էր համայնքին «Արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներ» տրամադրելու և բնակչությանը տաք ջրով ապահովելու աջակցության ծրագիրը։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում բնակչության շուրջ 90 տոկոսն այլևս ունի արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներ և ինքնուրույն ապահովում է կենցաղային տաք ջրի ամբողջական պահանջարկը։  Բացի այդ, 29 ընտանիքի համար տեղադրվել են արևային ֆոտովոլտային վահանակներ՝ վերջիներիս ցանկությամբ։ Համայնքի բնակիչներին  տրամադրվել են նաև էներգախնայող լամպեր:

Արևային անվճար ռեսուրսի օգտագործումը թույլ կտա համայնքի բնակիչներին զգալի միջոցներ տնտեսել, որոնք կարող են ուղղվել նույն այդ ընտանիքներում նմանատիպ էներգաարդյունավետ այլ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։ Այդ նպատակով առաջարկվել է ստեղծել շրջանառու ֆոնդ, որտեղ կկուտակվեն խնայողությունների արդյունքում հետ վերադարձված գումարները։

Նշենք, որ նմանատիպ ծրագրեր առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է առաջնահերթորեն իրականացնել նաև այլ, հիմնականում չգազաֆիկացված համայնքներում։
