 Քաղաքական ակտիվ իրարանցումների ժամանակաշրջան է։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին հաշված օրեր են մնացել։ Ընտրություններին ընդառաջ զրուցեցինք ԱԺ պատգամավորի անկուսակցական թեկնածու Հարություն Կարապողոսյանի հետ։

-Տարիների ընթացքում մարդիկ ձեզ ճանաչել և ընդունել են որպես Սնխչի Հարութ։ Այսպիսի ճանաչումը կամ պիտակը խոչընդոտ չի՞ առաջացնի ձեզ համար ապագայում։

- Արդեն ասել եմ և ևս մեկ անգամ կասեմ՝ առաջնային արժեքը մարդն է ու նրա ներաշխարհը։ Բազմիցս նշել եմ, որ ինձ դաստիարակել է տատս, որ չակերտների մեջ ինձ պիտակ են դրել սնխչի դա ես ժառանգել եմ տատիցս։ Սնխչի հասկացությունը մարդկանց մոտ գալիս է դեռ շատ դարերի խորքից։ Այն բոլոր մարդիկ, որոնք կարողանում են որոշակի առումով բնությունից օժտված լինելով, տիրապետելով ֆիզիոլոգիական տեղեկություններին՝ մարդկանց օգնություն ցուցաբերել, ասում են սնխչի։ Եթե կա վատ բան նրանում, որ մարդուն գիտակցաբար ու երևույթին տիրապետելով օգնություն ես ցուցաբերում, ապա համարենք, որ «Սնխչի Հարութը» վատ պիտակավորում է։ Ինձ համար սնխչին կոչում է։

-Ինչո՞ւ ընտրեցիք հենց 2017 թվականի խորրդարանական ընտրությունները։ Որոնք են լինելու ձեր հետընտրական ծրագրերը։

- Իմ քաղաքական գործունեության ընթացքում ևս երկու անգամ փորձել եմ պատգամավոր դառնալ: Ինչ - ինչ պատճառներով չեմ անցել խորհրդարան, սակայն սա երբևիցե պատճառ չի հանդիսացել հասարակությանը ծառայելու, իմ ժողովրդին ի նպաստ գործելու ցանկության ի չիք դառնալու համար: Պատգամավորական մանդատը ոչ թե անսահման իշխանություն է և անձեռնմխելիություն, այլ պատասխանատվության հսկայական բեռ, որ դրվում է այն մարդու ուսերին, ով գիտակցում է դրա կարևորությունը և պատրաստ է իր ընտրողի ձայնը տեղ հասցնել, բարձրաձայնել նրա խնդիրները և գտնել համապատասխան լուծումները: Ընտրվելու դեպքում՝ զբաղվելու եմ հենց այդ գործով՝ առավել օգտակար լինելով իմ քաղաքացիներին։

-Ունե՞ք քաղաքական ֆավորիտներ, որոնց գործունեությունը օրինակ է Ձեզ համար։

-Պետք է ասեմ, որ երիտասարդ տարիներիս ուսումնասիրել եմ և Չերչիլի և Ռուզվելտի կենսագրությունը։ Ծանոթ եմ համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչների, որոնք մասշտաբային ճանաչում ունեն և միշտ առանձնացել են քաղաքական յուրատեսակ մոտեցումներով։ Պետք է նշեմ, որ Կառավարման ակադեմիայում սովորելու տարիներին հնարավորություն ունեցա ուսումնասիրել նաև մի շարք քաղաքական կառավարման մոդելների ու հասկացա մի պարզ ճշմարտություն՝ իրական քաղաքականությունը այդքան էլ մաշկի կոշտություն չի պահանջում, եթե ունես գրագետ մոտեցում։

-Ի՞նչ կասեք ձայնավաճառքի մասին հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ, ինչպիսի՞ն է Ձեր դիրքորոշումը։

-Հնարավորինս ադեկվատ։ Ես հանրությանը ներկայանալու եմ իմ ծրագրերով, ճանապարհով, անելիքով: Հուսով եմ, որ հանրությունը կընդունի իմ տեսլականը ու կտա իր վստահության ձայնը։ Ընտրակաշառքի մասին ասեկոսեները պետք դիտարկել բարոյական հարթության վրա, պարզապես որոշ ուժերի կողմից շահարկվող երևույթ է:
