Անշարժ գույքի օտարման գործարքներն աճել են, Երևանում՝ 39,7%-ով. ԱՎԾ

Հայաստանում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ կատարվող գործարքները 2017թ. փետրվարին  հունվարի նկատմամբ աճել են: Ըստ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի ամփոփ տեղեկատվության՝ 2017թ. փետրվարին հանրապետությունում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է 12 247 գործարք:  

Նշենք, որ 2017թ. հունվարին հանրապետությունում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ  իրականացվել էր 9 866 գործարք:

Ըստ ԱՎԾ-ի՝ տոկոսային հարաբերությամբ, 2017թ. փետրվարին, հունվարի համեմատ, անշարժ գույքի օտարման գործարքներն աճել են Երևանում 39,7 %-ով, Կոտայքում 10,4 տոկոսով, Գեղարքունիքում՝ 7,9%-ով, Արմավիրում 7,1% և այլն: 

2017թ. փետրվարին հանրապետության քաղաքներում և մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գները նախորդ ամսվա համեմատ նվազել են կամ մնացել անփոփոխ: Բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գներն ըստ մարզերի քաղաքների՝ հիմնականում նվազել են: 

Օրինակ, Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում բնակարանների 1 քառ. մ մակերեսի հաշվարկով շուկայական միջին գները 2017թ. հունվարին կազմել են 428 250 դրամ, փետրվարին մնացել են անփոփոխ: 

Արաբկիրում՝ հունվարին և փետրվարին բնակարանների 1 քառ. մ մակերեսի հաշվարկով շուկայական միջին գները կազմել է 357 450 դրամ, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում հունվարին կազմել է 281 000 դրամ, փետրվարին նվազել՝ 280 500 դրամ, Նոր-Նորքում 254 500 դրամից դարձել է 254 300 դրամ և այլն:

 Բնակարանների 1 քառ. մ մակերեսի հաշվարկով շուկայական միջին գինը Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքում հունվարին 116 200 դրամից, փետրվարին դարձել է 116 000 դրամ: Արարատի Մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքում 99 250 դրամից դարձել է 99 150 դրամ:
