Ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին հետեւող «Արդարություն Հայաստանում» նախաձեռնության անդամները մի շարք խախտումներ են արձանագրել: Քվեարկության ավարտից հետո լրագրողերի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նախաձեռնության անդամներից դերասանուհի Արսինե Խանջյանը նշեց, որ մարդիկ, կարծես, անտեղյակ էին ընտրական գործընթացից եւ փոքր-ինչ շփոթված:

«Ընտրողները, կարծես, տեղյակ չէին, թե ինչպես պետք է օգտագործեն քվեաթերթիկները, ծրարները, ընդ որում՝ անկախ տարիքից: Արդյունքում ականատես եղանք բաց քվեարկության, ուղղորդման դեպքերի, մարդկանց կուտակումների: Նաեւ քվեարկության գաղտնիության իրավունքի խախտումներ տեսանք. մի քանի տեղերում մեկ քվեախցում 4-5 մարդ կար»,- նշեց Խանջյանը:

Որոշ տեղամասերում էլ Արսինե Խանջյանը հանձնաժողովի նախագահի եւ քարտուղարի կողմից կողմնակալ պահվածք է նկատել. որոշ վստահված անձանց ցանկությունն էին կատարում: Դիտորդների շրջանում էլ հուսահատություն է նկատել. տպավորություն է ստացել, որ նրանք, կարծես, չեն կարողանում իրականացնել իրենց լիազորությունները:

Դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացրած ռեժիսոր Ատոմ Էգոյանն էլ ընտրական գործընթացը բարդ ու խճճված բնորոշեց: «Կարծես ամեն ինչ արվել է, որպեսզի որոշակիորեն արդեն իսկ կանխորոշված լիներ քվեարկությունը: Օրինակ, եթե ուզում եք ապացուցել, թե ում օգտին եք քվեարկել, կարող էինք մի քվեաթերթիկը դնել ծրարի մեջ, գցել քվեատուփը, իսկ մյուս թերթիկները դուրս բերել եւ ցույց տալ՝ ապացուցելով, թե ում եք ընտրել»,- ասաց Էգոյանը:

Բայց նա դրական մի միտում է արձանագրել՝ ժողովրդավարության ձգտում, մարդկանց ակտիվություն: «Ժողովրդավարությունը մկան է, որը մարզվելու կարիք ունի: Դա շարունակական գործընթաց է: Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք ուզում են այդ գործընթացի մասը դառնալ: Պետք է երիտասարդներին այս գործընթացում ներգրավելու միջոց գտնել»,- հավելեց նա:

Արփինե Խանջյանն էլ հավելեց, որ ժողովրդի շրջանում իրենց ձայնի կարեւորության գիտակցության պակաս կա, վստահ չեն, որ իրենց ձայնը կարող է փոփոխություն ապահովել: «Քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը կարող է դա ձեւավորել»,- կարծիք հայտնել Խանջյանը:
