Ո՞ր ուժը քանի մանդատ կստանա նոր խորհրդարանում. ՀՀԿ-ն ստանում է կայուն մեծամասնություն՝ 55 մանդատ

Ըստ ԱԺ ընտրությունների նախնական տվյալների, Հայաստանի նոր Ազգային ժողովի 101 մանդատներից 55-ը բաժին կհասնի ՀՀԿ-ին, 30 մանդատ բաժին կհասնի «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին, 9 մանդատ՝ «Ելք» դաշինքին եւ7 մանդատ՝ Դաշնակցությանը:

Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 95-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն մանդատները բաշխվում են հետեւյալ կերպ. Ազգային ժողով է անցել 4 քաղաքական ուժ: Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի մանդատը հաշվարկում է այսպես. տվյալ ուժի ստացած ձայների թիվը բազմապատկվում է 101-ի (ԱԺ-ի մանդատների նվազագույն թիվը), ապա բաժանվում այդ 4 ուժերին կողմ քվեարկած ձայների գումարի վրա:

ԱԺ անցնելու համար նվազագույն շեմը հաղթահարած 4 քաղաքական ուժերը միասին ստացել են 1 425 434 ձայն: Այսինքն եթե ՀՀԿ-ն ստացել է 771 247 ձայն, ապա այդ թիվը բազմապատկվում է 101-ով, ապա բաժանվում 1 425 434-ի: Ստացվում է 54,6 մանդատ:

Նույն մեխանիզմով «Ծառուկյանը» դաշինքին բաժին է հասել 30,3 մանդատ, «Ելք» դաշինքին՝ 8,6 մանդատ, ՀՅԴ-ին՝ 7,3 մանդատ: Նրանց ստացած մանդատների թվերի ամբողջական թվերի գումարը 99 է: Այսինքն եւս երկու մանդատ պետք է բաշխվի այդ 4 ուժերի միջեւ:

Քանի որ այդ 4 ուժերի ստացած մանդատների թվերի մեջ տասնորդականների մեծությամբ առաջինն են ՀՀԿ-ն ու «Ելք» դաշինքը, ապա նրանք ստանում են մեկական մանդատ:

Այսինքն արդյունքում ստացվում է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն ստանում է 55 մանդատ, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը՝ 30 մանդատ, «Ելք» դաշինքը՝ 9 մանդատ եւ ՀՅԴ-ն՝ 7 մանդատ:

Այսպիսով ՀՀԿ-ն խորհրդարանում ստանում է մանդատների 54,4 տոկոսը: Դա բավարար է կյուն մեծամասնության համար եւ ՀՀԿ-ն առանց որեւէ ուժի հետ կոալիցիա կազմելու կարող է ձեւավորել կառավարություն:

Նշենք, որ ԿԸՀ-ն հրապարակել է ԱԺ ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքները, ըստ որոնց արդյունքները բաժխվել են հետեւյալ կերպ.

Հանրապետական կուսակցություն- 49,12 տոկոս, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք՝ 27,32 տոկոս, «Ելք» դաշինք՝ 7,77 տոկոս, ՀՅԴ՝ 6,57 տոկոս:
