Երեկ կարևորագույն օր էր մեր պետության կյանքում։ Մենք անցկացրեցինք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որոնք ավելին էին, քան բոլոր այն խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որոնք մենք ունեցել ենք անկախացումից ի վեր։ Այսօր մենք ամենամեծ քայլը կատարեցինք Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների իրականացման, կիսանախագահականից խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգին անցման ճանապարհին։

Ինչպես հայտնում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության լրատվական ծառայությունից, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ Նախագահ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության նախագաh Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

ՀՀ Նախագահը, մասնավորապես, ասել է. «Մենք այս ընտրությունների ժամանակ տեսանք քաղաքական ուժերի աննախադեպ կոնսոլիդացիա: Քաղաքական համակարգում, ըստ էության, չկար որևէ ազդեցիկ քաղաքական ուժ, որը դուրս մնացած լիներ ընտրա­պայքարից: Դա ևս մեկ վկայություն էր այն բանի, որ Սահմանադրությամբ կանխորոշված՝ մեր քաղաքական համակարգի շինարարությունը ընթանում է ճիշտ ճանապարհով: 

Ընդդիմության պատկառելի ներկայացվածությունը խորհրդարանում այսուհետ հնարավորություն կտա վերջինիս ամբողջությամբ օգտվել խորհրդա­րանական համակարգում ընդդիմությանը ընձեռնված վերահսկողական գործիքակազմի ողջ համալիրից, ինչը հավասարակշռված, վերահսկելի ու արդյունավետ կառավարման գլխավոր գրավականն է:

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքացիներին ընտրություններին այսպիսի ակտիվ մասնակցության համար. սա յուրաքանչյուրի ներգրավվածության և յուրաքանչյուրի դերի կարևորության ընկալման ամենալավ ցուցիչն է։ Շնորհակալ եմ դրա համար։

Շնորհակալ եմ մեր քաղաքական ուժերին ակտիվ ու ընդհանուր առմամբ ճշգրիտ քաղաքական մրցակցության համար։ Սա գեղեցիկ պայքար էր, որի նպատակը մեր երկրի զարգացման հարցում կարծիքների և դիրքորոշումների բախումն ու համադրումն էր։ Այն հիմնականում ստացվեց։

Շնորհակալ եմ մեր ընդդիմությանը, հասարակական հատվածի ներկա­յացուցիչներին և միջազգային մեր գործընկերներին ընտրությունների նախա­պատրաստման և անցկացման հարցում՝ քաղաքական կոնսենսուսի կայաց­ման, ընտրական գործընթացն ամենաժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցներով անցկացմանն օժանդակելու համար։ Մենք նորովի կազմակեր­պեցինք ընտրական գործընթացը, որն ուղղակի անցյալում թողեց նախկինում ընտրական գործընթացներում դիտարկվող ամենակոպիտ խախտումների էական մասը։ Մենք մեծ քայլ արեցինք առաջ, մեծ քայլ դեպի ապագա։

Շնորհակալ եմ ընտրությունների կազմակերպման հարցում ներգրավված բոլոր ինստիտուտներին, կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի, ընտրա­կան հանձնաժողովների անդամներին, բոլոր անհատներին. դուք մեծ գործ արեցիք։

Շնորհակալ եմ իրավապահ համակարգին արձանագրված խախտում­ներին շատ օպերատիվ ու պատշաճ արձագանքելու համար. վստահ եմ՝ սկսված իրավական գործընթացները բնականոն շարունակություն կունենան։

Ապրիլի երկուսը մենք սկսեցինք Եռաբլուրում՝ խնկարկելով քառօրյա պատերազմում ընկած մեր հերոսների շիրիմներին։ Ապրիլի երկուսը մենք ավարտեցինք նրանց շիրիմներին տրված մեր խոստումն իրականացնելու հարցում մեկ քայլ առաջ կատարած։ Մենք խոստացել ենք ավելի ամուր, ավելի ուժեղ և զարգացող պետություն կառուցել, և մենք կառուցելու ենք։
