«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.


«ՀԺ»-ին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ Գյումրիում թեև ընտրակաշառքի համար սահմանված արժեքը եղել է 10 հազար դրամը, սակայն եղել են թեկնածուներ, որ խոստացել են 15, բայց հինգ հազարը՝ ընտրությունից հետո վճարելու նախապայմանով:
Մեր աղբյուրն այսպես մեկնաբանեց այդ տեղեկությունները. «Նրանք, ովքեր նորմալ նկարած ներկայացրել են նկարներ, որտեղ հստակ երևացել է այն, ինչ պետք է երևար, իրենց գումարները տրվել են: Չի տրվել նրանց, ովքեր կասկածելի կամ միևնույն նկարած նկարն են ներկայացրել: Օրինակ, եթե նկարը խավար է եղել, նրանց 5000 չի տրվել»:


Մեկնաբանելով ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուների բաժանած ընտրակաշառքի մասին խոսակցությունները, ՀՀԿ-ի Շիրակի շտաբի ղեկավար Սամվել Նիկոյանը մեր թղթակցին ասել է. «Դուք լսել եք միայն ՀՀԿ-ակա՞ն թեկնածուների մասին: Մամուլում գրվեց, որ գրեթե բոլոր կուսակցությունների թեկնածուներն ընտրակաշառք են բաժանում: Ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե բոլոր կողմերից նման հրապարակումներ եղան, դա կարող է ինչ-որ ճշմարտություն պարունակի իր մեջ»:


Հարցին՝ լսե՞լ եք, որ ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածուները ընտրությունից հետո հրաժարվում են տալ խոստացած ընտրակաշառքը, Նիկոյանը պատասխանել է. «Ես լսել եմ բոլորի վերաբերյալ, եթե Դուք սևեռված եք միայն մի ուղղությամբ, սխալ տեղ եք զանգել: Գիտեք, որ ավելի շատ բաժանողներ են եղել, չգիտե՞ք դրա մասին»:
