Առանց ինչ-որ բան պարզելու ԱՄՆ-ն ուժ կիրառեց, ռազմական զինված դիմակայություն ցույց տվեց մի երկրում, որը պայքարում է միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մեկնաբանությունում՝ կապված Սիրիայի ավիաբազային ԱՄՆ հրթիռային հարվածի հետ։

«Ապրիլի 7-ի գիշերը ԱՄՆ-ը հարված է հասցրել Սիրիայի կառավարական զորքերին՝ որպես պատճառ օգտագործելով Իդլիբ նահանգում քիմիական միջադեպի հետ կապված իրադրությունը։ ԱՄՆ-ն առաջին անգամ չի ցուցաբերում նման չմտածված մոտեցում, որը միայն խորացնում է աշխարհում առկա խնդիրներն ու սպառնալիք ստեղծում միջազգային անվտանգությանը։

ԱՄՆ-ի նաեւ այլ երկրների զինծառայողների միայն ներկայությունը Սիրիայի տարածքում՝ առանց այդ երկրի կառավարության համաձայնության կամ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ որոշման, միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ, ակնհայտ եւ անհիմն խախտում է։ Եթե նախկինում դա բացատրվում էր ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի խնդրով, ապա այժմ ակնհայտ ագրեսիայի փաստ է ընդդեմ Սիրիայի ինքնիշխանության։ Այսօր ձեռնարկած ԱՄՆ-ի գործողությունները էլ ավելի են փչացնում ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունները։

Մենք մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել ենք համագործակցության պատրաստակամության մասին՝ ժամանակակից ամենաթեժ խնդիրները լուծելու համար, որոնց թվում առաջին տեղում է միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը։ Բայց մենք երբեք չենք համաձայնի Սիրիայի օրինական իշխանությունների դեմ ապօրինի գործողությունների հետ։

Զինված ակցիան հիմնավորելու համար Վաշինգտոնն ամբողջությամբ խեղաթյուրել է Իդլիբում տեղի ունեցածը։ Ամերիկյան կողմը չի կարողանում հասկանալ, որ սիրիական կառավարական զորքերն այնտեղ քիմիական զենք չեն կիրառել։ Դամասկոսն այն պարզապես չունի, ինչը բազմիցս հաստատվել է որակավորված մասնագետների կողմից։

Անկասկած, ԱՄՆ ռազմական ակցիան նաեւ Մոսուլի իրադրությունից ուշադրություն շեղելու փորձ է, որտեղ նաեւ ամերիկյան կոալիցիայի գործողությունների հետեւանքով զոհվել են հարյուրավոր խաղաղ բնակիչներ ու մեծանում է մարդասիրական ճգնաժամը։

Ակնհայտ է, որ ամերիկյան հարվածը լավ նախապատրաստված է եղել։ Ցանկացած մասնագետի համար հասկանալի է, որ հարվածներ հասցնելու որոշումը Վաշինգտոնն ընդունել է մինչեւ Իդլիբի իրադարձությունները, որոնք ուղղակի որպես պատճառ օգտագործեցին՝ ուժ կիրառելու համար։

Ռուսական կողմը դադարեցնում է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կնքած Հուշագիրը՝ միջադեպերի կանխարգելման ու ավիացիայի թռիչքների անվտանգության ապահովման մասին՝ Սիրիայում գործողությանների ընթացքում։ 

Կոչ ենք անում ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին արտակարգ նիստ գումարել՝ ստեղծված իրադրությունը քննարկելու համար», - ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մեկնաբանությունում։
