«Ելք» դաշինքի՝ Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է. նա կգլխավորի «Ելք» դաշինքի ցուցակը: Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, նման որոշում է կայացվել դաշինքի անդամների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած քննարկման արդյունքում:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի շենքի դիմացից հանդես է եկել տեսաուղերձով, իսկ նրա թիկունքում կանգնած էին «Ելք» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչները:
