Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը 12 վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ ՀՀ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 17-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի համաձայն Երևանի ավագանու 2017թ. մայիսի 14-ին կայանալիք ընտրություններին սահմանափակ ֆիզիկական հնարավորություններ ունեցող ընտրողների ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացման մատչելիությունը տեղամասային կենտրոններում ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարվել է նաև շտկել այն թերությունները, որոնք այդ մասով նկատվել էին մայրաքաղաքի ընտրական տեղամասերի մուտքերում՝ Աժ ընտրությունների օրը:
