Ռուսաստանի եւ Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովը եւ Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում պահանջել են Սիրիայի Իդլիբի նահանգում քիմիական զենքի ենթադրյալ կիրառման միջադեպի անաչառ հետաքննություն անցկացնել:

Այդ մասին հայտնել են Ռ Դ դիվանգիտական գերատեսչությունում: 

«Լավրովը եւ Զարիֆը հորդորել են անցկացնել Սիրիայի Իդլիբի նահանգում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մանրակրկիտ ու անաչառ հետաքննություն, որը բազմաթիվ զոհերի Է հանգեցրել խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում»,-նշել Է նախարարությունում:

«Քննարկվել Է Սիրիայի ավիաբազային ԱՄՆ-ի հասցրած հրթիռահարվածից հետո այդ երկրում ստեղծված իրադրությունը,-հայտնել են ԱԳՆ-ում:-Երկուստեք ընդգծվել Է, որ ինքնիշխան անկախ պետության դեմ նմանօրինակ ագրեսիվ գործողությունները միջազգային իրավունքի, նախեւառաջ, ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրության կո պիտ խախտում են, սպառնալիք են ստեղծում տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համար, վնասում միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ մղվող պայքարին»: Զրույցը կայացել Է իրանական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ:

Ավելի վաղ Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին, վկայակոչելով Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնատարների, հայտարարել Է, որ ՌԴ-ին մի քանի դյույմ Էր բաժանում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առճակատումից՝ վերջինիս կողմից սիրիական «Շայրաթ» օդակայանին հասցված հարվածի պատճառով: 

Ռոուհանիի խոսքով՝ քիմիական գրոհի պատրվակով հարված հասցնելը հիմնավորված չԷր: «Տարածվել Էր գազ, զոհվել Էին մարդիկ: Մենք առաջարկեցին միջազգային հանձնաժողով ստեղծել այդ հարցի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար, որի ուսումնասիրումը, մեր տեսանկյունից, դժվարություն չի ներկայացնում»,- ասել Է Իրանի նախագահըը: Բացի այդ, նա նշել Է, որ Սիրիային ԱՄՆ-ի հրթիռահարվածը վնաս Է հասցրել բանակցային գործընթացին: Նրա համոզմամբ, Սիրիայում իրադրությունը կարող Է կարգավորվել միայն քաղաքական ճանապարհով: 

Իր հերթին Իրանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Ալի Լարիջանին ազգային անվտանգության եւ արտաքին քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովին կարգադրել Է քննարկել հնարավոր դիվանագիտական ու քաղաք ական միջոցները ի պատասխան սիրիական ավիաբազային ԱՄՆ-ի հասցրած հրթիռահարվածի:

Պատասխան միջոցների քննարկման անհրաժեշտության մասին որոշումն ընդունվել Է այն բանից հետո, երբ խորհրդարանականներից մեկը Լարիջանիին ծանուցում Է ուղարկել տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ: 

«Ներկայում մենք գործ ունենք դավադրության հետ, որի սկիզբը դրել Է Սիրիային ԱՄՆ-ի հրթիռահարվածը: Իհարկե, ԱՄՆ-ը նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի օրոք Էլ դիմում Էր ռազմական գործողությունների, բայց Թրամփն իր ռասիստական գործողություններով խախտ ել Է միջազգային կոնվենցիաները»,- նշվում Է պատգամավոր Խիշմաթուլլա Ֆալախաթպիշեի ծանուցագրում: 

Լարիջանին համաձայնել Է դավադրության վերաբերյալ նրա տեսակետին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
