Երբ քաղաքական բանավեճը վեր է ածվում սովորական «քուչի բեսեդկայի» խոսակցության, արդեն, որպես կանոն, երկրորդական պլան է մղվում վեճի բովանդակությունը, անկարևոր է դառնում, թե ով է ճիշտ, իսկ ով՝ սխալ, և մնում է ընդամենը դիտել ու լսել այն որպես ժամանցային ֆիլմ: Եթե խոսեմ մեր Ազգային Ժողովի մասին, ապա ցավով պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ վերոհիշյալ «քուչի բեսեդկաներում» նարդի ու բլոտ խաղացողները հաճախ ավելի զուսպ տոնով ու ավելի կիրթ են խոսում, քան մեր շատ պատգամավորներ Ազգային Ժողովում:Իհարկե, ի տարբերություն «քուչի բեսեդկաների»՝ Ազգայի ժողով կոչվող բեսեդկայում նարդի ու բլոտ չկա: Այսինքն, կա, բայց միայն պլանշետների, նոթբուքների վրա, բայց դա արդեն այլ խոսակցություն է, չշեղվեմ:
Պատգամավորների՝ պլանշետից ու նոթբուքից օգտվելն, իհարկե, նորմալ է, մեր ժամանակներին համահունչ, բայց պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ դրան զուգահեռ՝ պատգամավորներ կան, որ դեռ օգտվում են գրքերից, մասնավորապես՝ բացատրական բառարաններից: Ո՛չ, ո՛չ, խոսքը Առաքել Մովսիսյանի մասին չէ, ով իր գլխում ունի բառերի այնպիսի հարուստ շտեմարան, որ պարզապես «փաթթած» ունի ինչպես գրքերն ու պլանշետները, այնպես էլ Ազգային Ժողովում քննարկվող հարցերն ընդհանրապես: Գրքերից օգտվողն այլ մարդ էր՝ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը, ով ստուգաբանեց «չաթլախ» բառի իմաստը և այդ բառը ԱԺ-ից տեղափոխվեց դեպի իրական կյանք և այսօր արդեն լայն կիրառություն ունի ժողովրդական շրջաններում: Սա վկայում է Հայաստանում ևս մեկ անոմալիայի մասին՝ հայհոյանքը ծնվում է երկրի խորհրդարանում և այնտեղից էլ անցնում փողոց: Յուրահատուկ է: Սա արդեն 20 տարուց ավել ընթացող պրոցեսի մի մասն է միայն: Դեռ նախորդ իշխանությունների ժամանակներից հիշում ենք Ալրաղացի Լյովիկի ու Լեդի Հակոբի՝ «ոսկեղենիկ հայերենով» «բանավեճերը», ապա ՀՀԿ-ական Շմայս ու Թոխմախի Մհեր մականունները կրող պատգամավորների «բարեկիթ» պահվածքը և այլն: Դեպքերն ու դեմքերը բազմաթիվ են, իսկ երեկվանն ընդամենը հաջորդն էր, նորություն չէր:
Հայհոյանքներ այս անգամ չհնչեցին, բայց տեղի ունեցով էթիկայի նորմերի երկկողմանի կոպիտ խախտում, ավելի պարզ ասած՝ անշնորհքություն: Նախ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պետք է գիտացեր, որ ԱԺ ամբիոնն այն տեղը չէ, որտեղից կարելի է նման կոպիտ ու չհիմնավորված մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնել այլ պատգամավորների հասցեին՝ մեղադրելով նրանց Ալիևից ֆինանսավորվելու մեջ: Մյուս կողմից էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, որպես արևմտյան արժեքների ջատագովներ, պետք է քաջ իմանային, որ թեկուզ ըստ այդ նույն արևմտյան արժեքների՝ երբ որ մարդը խոսում է, ելույթ է ունենում, անկախ ելույթի բովանդակությունից՝ պետք չէ անընդհատ նրան ընդհատել, այն էլ՝ բլոտ խաղացողներին կամ էլ շքամուտքում իրար հետ բարձրաձայն վիճող հարևան-հարևանուհիներին բնորոշ բղավոցներով: Բայց Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն էլ, ինչպես ասում են՝ «տակ չի մնում», և ի պատասպան բղավոցների՝ թույլ է տալիս իրեն Փաշինյանի ու Փոստանջյանի հասցեին ուղղել անձնական բնույթի վիրավորանքներ՝ անվանելով «տգետ», «անբարոյական»: Եթե ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարին վրդովեցրել էր իր խոսքն ընդհատելու, իր վրա բղավելու փաստը, ապա նա կարող էր ուղղակի ըստ ընդունված կանոնակարգի դիմել ԱԺ նախագահին՝ խնդրելով նկատողություն անել Փաշինյանին ու Փոստանջյանին, արգելել վերջիններիս խոսել, ելույթ ունենալ: Իհարկե, Բաղդասարյանը դիմեց ԱԺ նախագահին այդ հարցով, պարզապես դա արեց պատգամավորների անձնական որակումների ու վիրավորանքների ուղեկցությամբ: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ մեր պատգամավորների մոտ ոչ մի կերպ չի ստացվում աշխատելը: Ամեն ինչ ստացվում է, բացի աշխատելուց: Իսկ աշխատավարձ ստանում են, անձեռնմխելիությունից օգտվում են: Միգուցե ժամանա՞կն է փոխել Ազգային Ժողովի կազմը՝ ամբողջությամբ: Իսկ ներկա կազմին գործուղել դեպի «քուչի բեսեդկաներ»՝ ցմահ:
